Peggy, all governments worldwide have eliminated private property. What used to be private property was converted to personal property which means corporate property where the name of the living person is actually represented as a foreign situs trust. This is how they can evade their duty to the people as required by the Constitution.

I am from Russia and Peggy is absolutely correct like always. This type of living conditions were called (communalka) many families forced to live in a tiny space, with rooms smaller than most American bathrooms, sharing everything and absolutely no rights. Government always starts out “looking out for our best interests” but don’t be fooled people. The government always has a hidden agenda. In our case take over our freedom, control everything we work our lives for, especially our money, any private land and property, stick us somewhere with easy access to find us, find out more information about us and use it against us. Wake up people. Stop complying, start opening your mouth to defend yourselves. Read the Bible! Jesus is still the answer to all your problems. Amen!

Thank you for that! At one point I looked into maybe the interior up in the mountains and it's cooler? I was corresponding w a very nice guy there who was married, as a friend. I need to find his email. I already speak Spanish. I have always been adventurous and travelled on my own. I guess after so many yrs of going solo and w so much uncertainty, it gets tiring. When will you go back? It must be even more frustrating that your dad didn't listen. I'm trying to settle a family trust as well, maybe then I'd feel more confident.

I'll return as soon as the legal issues are cleared. My dad did not want to take the suicide shot, but he gave in to his nagging wife...like so many others...he failed the test. The purpose of our lives here on earth is to use our free will to chose GOOD over evil. No one can get out of that choice, even if they try to do it by passing the responsibility on to another person.

I once went to Creel (Copper Canyon) n April. There was still snow on the ground! The mountains of Michoacan and Mexico state are fairly cool. I like hot weather. Pray and ask for God to place you where you can best serve Him...then just get in your car and start driving. Having strong faith, and trusting that God will always provide, really helps. I have stared death in the face so many times, it is a miracle I'm still breathing...but I've never lost my faith.

Thank you for that.

My dad's second wife was an unfortunate choice as well.

I'm only alive because I've been lucky enough to have the brains and faith to listen to myself and not the Drs over the years. Sounds like we have alot in common. Settling the financial stuff would really help, it's been a nightmare. I did look into this and did make a major move just not to Mexico. I don't regret it, it's ok for now. Qué será será.

The US Constitution needs no enforcement clause- it supersedes any US Code which does need an enforcement clause such as the Born Alive Protection Act has been shown inadequate due to a lack of enforcement clause. For instance there is no enforcement clause for the right to publicly express faith with the First Amendment - yet the recent Coach Kennedy case resolved at SCOTUS showed enforcement by forcing legally Bremerton High School to hire him back with back pay.

Unlike some other recent federal cases, a resident of Maui or even Lahaina if their residence still stands has by definition legal standing should the government of Hawaii attempt to force quartering in those private homes. It is an automatic class action lawsuit against the state government with a clear path to SCOTUS as it is a clear US Constitutional issue. Many legal organizations are available in the US that may well pick up such a case should it happen as such organizations exist to protect US Constitutional rights of individuals.

Last year I looked into staying at an Airbnb for the first time. I was so completely put off by the entire experience that not only did I not book but know that I never will for a few reasons. I had heard about the exhorbitant extra fees they tag on to their rentals so I asked the owner what my entire cost for the stay would be AND HE REFUSED TO TELL ME AND BECAME ACTUALLY QUITE BELLIGERENT! On top of that, as a renter, I have serious issues w what they have done to the rental market. So the fact that they are teaming up w corrupt Maui govt is no surprise. I have been reading that due to their less than savory business practices, the Airbnb business is not doing so well. Couldn't happen to nicer scammers. I hope the good citizens of Maui are able to prevent this pending disaster.

I have friends who own Airbnb‘s so I wouldn’t put everybody into that bucket because some of them are very gracious with their customers.

However you really make a point in the rental market of course that’s the intention. Blackrock is the biggest landlord in CA for a reason. In fact I’ve been suing Wells Fargo doing the work myself right now in a case that’s been going on for nine years, because they illegally foreclosed on my rental - and then illegally tried to evict me repeatedly for years, made me pay all the repairs which was 6 figures, cost me over $100K in attorneys fees (and I’d be at about 2 million if I wasn’t doing all this work myself) then just granted the house to somebody else in secret to get out of repaying me.

They have been shocked to find out how well I know the law, they’re on their third law firm & four attorneys have gotten fired. Yet even though I caught them in a deposition cheating renters across the entire country-oh and I forgot to mention they actually stole this loan, they never even owned it and I caught that too because I also have a winning case against US Bank-they continue litigating this. They’re just insane. This is facism.

Good for you I hope you can get your legal fees back. Sounds complicated, good luck. I'm sure there are decent Airbnb landlords but somehow I'm a magnet for the worst ones. I didn't realize that they all operated under one business app when I first looked into it. The whole business model is predicated on the landlord vs renter cross purposes which I have had serious issues with. I've had my own legal issues the worst being a horrible nightmare of a landlord who made my life hell for 3yrs, refused to stop using Roundup in my yard and killing my precious healthy dog.

What about the US Constitution Third Amendment? I would think this prevents anywhere within any state of the union to forcibly quarter people in private properties.

Unfortunately, since the Plandemic we don’t seem to have a constitution and many of our rights have been have been violated. One that comes to mind is the first amendment and the gross censorship!

The problem with the law has always been the entire time you have to know how to enforce it. People have had a lot of rights they didn’t know about or they didn’t enforce.

If, and ONLY IF.....Vile Oprah, Mark Suckerberg, Jeff BOZOS, EVIL Billy-boy Gates of Hell, et al......OPEN UP ALL OF THEIR HOMES to the Maui People, then I would agree with 'sharing'. So, MY first thought is.......'YOU FIRST!!!!!', and THEN take it from there! lol But, I bet, just with THOSE individuals' (the evil ones) houses, those ALONE, would be able to house those that are left from the DEW FIRE ATTACK!

Bottom line......'YOU FIRST!'.

(put up, or SHUT UP, Oprah!!)

Wow! I have never run into anyone who has gone longer than I without seeing a film in a cinema. You have restored my faith in humanity, a bit. I got rid of my idiot box 30 years ago. I only watch pre-1970 films on dvd. Being without brainwashing for so many years, I don't fall for the propaganda.

One thing I've noticed, those of us who had one or both parents who grew up in a foreign country, seem to have a different take on events. Especially if one has relatives who survived occupied Europe. I think my dad and his sisters all suffered from PTSD.

This reminds me of a story my mother told me. She was 19 living in France when Hitler invaded. Overnight they lived under the Nazi regime, until 1945. My mother was an only child. My grandparents had a nice house, with an orchard, a large vegetable garden.and chickens. My grandfather was informed through friends that the Gestapo was looking for rooms in nice homes for their officers. I never knew my grandfather, he passed away when I was a baby. I would have really liked him. He promptly moved all the rabbit hutches into the spare rooms, threw hay all over including the poop pellets....... The Gestapo arrived and turned up their noses and left.....I am still laughing, not that it was a laughing matter but the extreme people had to go to protect themselves.

I can relate. My father was in Norway when the Nazis invaded. They confiscated every car in the village. Being a 17-year-old boy, he was not about to let them have his car. He drove it into the barn, took off the wheels and buried them under the barn floor, and covered the car with hay, so it looked abandoned. The Nazis passed it by...but they did take over the nicest place in town for their headquarters...my great-uncle's hotel. My dad was taken to a forced-labor camp. He escaped twice, and after the third escape, they just let him go. Americans are so fat and lazy, they think it can never happen here. It will come as a terrible shock to most people. Rolling over for the scamdemic set a terrible precedent.

The film Doctor Zhivago (1965) dramatizes the forcing of strangers into homes, very well. Zhivago has several bitching families moved into his stately home in Moscow, while he is forced into the freezing streets to search for discarded lumber for firewood. His family flees Moscow for their summer estate, only to find it boarded up with a notice threatening them not to enter. They are forced to live in the former gardener's hut and survive on potatoes. I like cold, hard facts. I only read non-fiction and I have not set foot in a cinema in 43 years. However most Americans need drama and fiction to penetrate their idle minds. I recommend watching this film, just to get an idea of what is coming.

Sadly they have used our schools to brainwash our kids. My bright and intuitive daughter only spent four years in a regular high school, and I would say she’s brainwashed.

When this all started I told her it was communism-I wrote about it in the first book I wrote. She argued with me. I said “Maybe you didn’t learn what communism was in school.” She said “Yes we learned it was called the red scare!” OMG!!! She graduated 2020.

My son however was homeschooled and he’s not brainwashed one bit by what’s going on. When this all started he was reading 1984 - so I had him do an essay on comparing 1984 and Covid. It was quite insightful and included things like the WHO influence which he obviously couldn’t get from the regular Internet. He graduated in 2021.

Thank you for your response. I loved the story about your father's car. The last time I was in a cinema was 1977, have no interest in the garbage hollywood is spitting out. I do not watch the news, when I do watch a movie it is on UP and Faith channel. I read a lot, do research and share information such as what Peggy covers. I grew up in France, many generations before me lived through wars, occupation, famine etc... food never was thrown out. I am appalled at the amount of waste in this country. I think a lot of people will be in a state shock in the very near future.

I'm an American and somewhat agree with both you ladies. I only read non-fiction, haven't been to the movies in 30yrs, don't own a TV, am multi-lingual. That being said, if y'all are so appalled at what America has become, you're free to return to your country of origin at any time. No country is perfect.

I was BORN HERE. However, after scrimping and saving for years...I managed to flee Nov. 8th, 2020. I was gone two months and then I was forced to return because of a direct deposit problem, I simply could not fix over the phone. While I was back, my dad died from the Jonestown jab (I begged him not to take it). Now I'm stuck here dealing with the estate...but as soon as it is taken care of... I'm out of here again.

I hate the filthy pop culture and the cess pit public life of this country. For years all I had thought about was my dream come true... LEAVING. However I was too poor to do so. Every time I came back from a foreign trip, I had to force myself back here. Finally, money is no longer an issue. I know several others who long to leave, but can't scrape together the money . I've told them: "You are welcome to come stay with me until you can work out your own situation. I totally understand your desperation".

Partition is coming...probably next year. The United States is falling apart even as I write this. It is past the stage of saving....because the globalists are taking it down on purpose. Good luck to all who can't see the writing on the wall. You're going to need it.

I went to Mexico, and I took my cats. I have spent many winters there, always driving alone. I have driven to Central America five times, alone in my own car. I've never had any problems with crime, except petty theft. I learned Spanish on my own, on the road. All the talk of cartel crime is, imho, propaganda to scare Americans to stay home, inside the fence with the other sheep. I love that Mexico is a Christian country, and nobody apologizes for that. After a lifetime of being an outsider, I feel at home in Mexico.

AMLO, the president, openly calls out the globalists, and will not be pressured into doing what they want him to do. I only worry about who will be president when his term is over, a year from now. Anyone with a spirit of adventure, and the ability to let go of American ways, could be happy to there.

I find it it very ironic that my dad survived a Nazi concentration camp, only to be killed by the US government.

I'm thankful Peggy... that you reminded me of all this. I saw Soviet News on our coffee table every month, as my dad, Bob Sponheim, taught Government at South High in Torrance, CA, for 40+years. I perused it as a girl, but all looked rosey.. ha.. the same kind of "rosey" we Americans have been fed.. They took down Lenin early in his life.. and Karl.. yuk! long story on that scummy dude.

We are fighting wisdom tooth and nails in this spiritual/emotional,/mental/psych WAR.. we're tough, like you.. God is with us always.. We are making headway big-time ..

Blessings for all you do, Connie S.

Whether Lenin said it or not, the phrase "useful idiots" certainly applies here.

The same thing is happening in Australia - the useful idiots here elected a socialist government who have just imported over a million people in a year to a country having only 25m. to start with, and a housing shortage!

Peggy you’re right. I have someone from Russia in my freedom group. She did recount it was more like a family at the same time they were “assigned” entire families to live in one room. They had no say over who they lived with.

Then don’t forget - they also recently had this same idea in Nee York for the illegals. Sorry I refuse to call them “migrants” they are ILLEGAL. When the urbanites protested they found one house with 30 people, and the government claimed they had no idea how that happened.

Also don’t forget our housing is in short supply because we have, in addition to millions of illegals, so many second homes owned by people from China, Black rock is now the biggest landlord in California, and they’ve been buying up homes all over the country / also raising the prices for rent and homes / property.

This way people who can’t afford California infect other states, and eventually everybody begs for universal basic income.

It is indeed a huge slippery slope.

I say the government abolishes property taxes so people can own their property free and clear and do what they want with it. Why not let people live on their own land and build without nonsensical regulations? The homes in the canyon still haven’t been rebuilt from the Bond Fire two years later because of state of California regulations. Of course getting people out of the rural areas is also part of the agenda.

If this was really about providing people homes - they could put up quick modular homes on public property or property rented from Oprah, since she owns 2000 acres. Then people could all have their OWN place to live until their homes are rebuilt. These services exist.

Yes, like they did here in Italy with e.g. the eartquake in the region of Marche in 2016. Qas there some weeks ago ... people still live in "temporary" container-like homes, they seem pretty from the outside, like some vacation homes... From 2016, and L'Aquila is still in ruins and not accessible and under construction, that was 2009.
