Found quite a few unsettling confirmations by using the info that you’ve posted on their press conferences & what been said during them. Check the numbers. It all adds up.
The BBB Working Group is not what they are saying. They say it is "Build Beyond Barriers" but it is really Build Back Better. Globalism hiding in plain sight.
I am concerned that there are public officials in Hawaii who have strong ties to political Islam. My best friend was a 14-year-old girl in Iran when they had the Islamic Revolution. She escaped and is still traumatized to this day. People need to study Islam's religious obligation to eventually dominate the world. It's not as silly as it sounds. Obama did a good job of aiding in this effort. I am including references to look at for yourselves.
This is difficult to say but even more difficult to witness. Everyone believes in having someone rule of them. Everyone is talking about these miscreants and you know what that does? It keeps them in our attention and thus gives them "electricity". Meanwhile you're not paying attention to creating something new. They did nothing to prevent the circumstances we have now in fact they brought them on. Calling for conditions worse than we have now, always going down never up. Why do people even bother with these people at all? Because of the psychosis that the culture is under - the psychosis of authority. That is a power everyone gives away. The only one in charge of you is you. And with others like you who want to live in the world under their own "jurisdiction", can work together to attain common outcomes. It's easy now with digital tech. Why are we not optimizing it?

Spoke with a contractor and scuba dive instructor from Kihei that were fighting the fires. He made the line that stopped the flames from hitting Kihei (where Bob’s place is)
In their opinion it was not a land grab; They said that the disaster was a combination of 100 years worth of bad planning and collapsed infrastructure (and totally ignorant officials)
They said a great number of the homes and buildings in Lahaina were SOLAR powered. So even though the power company cut off the juice the lines were still being ‘fed’ from the solar batteries all over town and so were ‘hot’. (I had Never thought of that)
The roads were closed not to trap people but because of fallen power lines. (No way to tell anyone this issue with no cell service)
And the fact they had ZERO communication (with no cell service) and water was diverted to the fire fighters away from the town which left the locals unable to fight to save their own homes.
And the morons they hire for these positions were many of them; totally untrained in their positions and knew nothing as to what to do

The conditions are deliberately created to cause chaos. Doing the cheapest thing, taking the easy road in all things, will create conditions that are not right for everyone. We are all involved in this and must examine our own heart. These people are all in it for the money, even the firefighters, we must remember that. So they tried to save people from getting electrocuted but they forced them to be incinerated instead. Way too much intervention because people succumb to the authoritarian psychosis where they give their power to someone else, a cop, a firefighter, a politician, a scientist, a doctor, whomever.
That sounds like oversimplification to me. The Hawaiians are simple down to earth people. So being punished for their trustworthy nature is a poor excuse for you?
It's an overall view, the "big picture" so to speak, of what motivates people to do just about everything they do. It may sound simple, but that's because it has been distilled to that and if we change that very thing, everything will change. Yet if we don't, we could change everything else, but nothing would change. The fact is, just about everyone does whatever one is paid for. They just pay more handsomely to make people do things to set us up. It happens time and time again. It's no coincidence, it's all orchestrated. Although some instances will happen unplanned, the overall scenario is thoroughly planned and they have all the resources to do that - money, unlimited amounts of money. And everyone is still paying the miscreants who orchestrate the devastations.
