I am not a fan of YouTube. When they began censoring content during Covid, anyone who posted content on YouTube should have stopped and used Rumble. If people stopped supporting YouTube because of censorship, maybe they would change their tune! Hit them where in hurts! In the pocket book! Rumble is a much better platform.

YouTube is good for car and home repair, or some human achievement reveals.

It is a horrible censorship venue for truth telling, which is the topic of interest here.

It is time to depart YouTube as your other options are more and more viable.

Anyone wishing knowledge and information, as well as high level reasoning will be there.

Searchability has improved on other venues, and the fall of Google is approaching...

β€œThere is only one kind of freedom and that’s individual liberty. Our lives come from our creator and our liberty comes from our creator. It has nothing to do with government granting it.”

-Ron Paul

The freedom to speak, think and act comes not only from individual valuation of our own, but also that of our neighbors. Thus, a government and NGO's who are collectivist by nature are really no different than any other "Special Interest Group". Although I personally believe in bodily autonomy and family autonomy, there are those who do not share those beliefs, but are willing to spend any amount of blood and treasure to deny them.

No, I won’t leave YouTube. There are too many good channels on there to leave. Unfortunately they do silence many users but who knows some day someone may file a class action lawsuit for violation of their Constitutional rights 🀣

I have a small YouTube channel, where I chronicle my health journey and mix in photography topics.

I was averaging between 500 and 750 with weekly videos, and reached upwards of 2000+ with one or two, which I was overjoyed about (low expectations, I guess). But as soon as I even hinted at skepticism of β€œgerm theory” and stressed taking personal responsibility for our lives and health my view count plummeted.

There are electronic fortresses around anything that advocates freedom, personal responsibility, or questions the role and function of government, the monetary system, and America’s passionate attachment to β€œour greatest ally”. But YouTube is still the place to try to reach people; just as long as you understand that you’ll never make money unless you serve some kind of master’s vested interests.

I have my own channel, and I don't get much activity, but I wonder if it's YouTube meddling or more likely few are interested in my content to begin with. I don't post controversial stuff. I suppose YouTube wouldn't bother to censor my posts even if they were controversial or counter-revolutionary; I'm guessing they're more interested in suppressing those who have a lot of followers or have posts that garner a lot of views.

Hola, peggy.

I'm edging towards creating my own yt channel. Nothing so ambitious as your efforts, which are both intimidating and inspiring at the same time.

All the best with what is changing. Everything changes!

The only time I use YouTube is to find a How To video or recipe. I watch you and everyone else worth watching on your Substack or Rumble.

I follow a couple of tarot/astrology women on YouTube. They post regularly; weekly or biweekly. I am a β€˜subscriber’ but I never get a notice that they have a new video. I go to search for them, cause I know they have posted a new video, and YouTube has hidden the newer videos. I have to do a few different searches to find them.

And they have ads on their channels.

And although Vanguard and Blackrock are large shareholders of Rumble, at least there the first amendment still applies.
