If Del Bigtree was serious, he would promote legislation akin to Montana’s HB 702 passed in 2021 - it prohibits any government or private entity from discriminating on the basis of “immunity status.”
Such legislation ends vaccine mandates initiated either by state/local govts or by employers and prevents “vaccine passports” as a condition for patronage or receipt of govt services - not just for COVID but for any illness.
(One negative: all of the handful of states who implemented such legislation unfortunately included carve outs for medical workers - in other words, medical workers aren’t protected by these bills so must rely on other legislation providing for religious or medical exemption.)
