Even in a WORST CASE SCENARIO - let's say the state (and local) emergency proclamation is made. Let's say they provide "sufficient evidence" to prove legitimacy to extend... again and again and again....
By the way, what does that sufficient evidence consist of? Are there guidelines that are REQUIRED for "evidence" to extend the emergency? I sure hope so, but I digress...
No matter what, if they had actually followed the law, if they had public reviews and votes to extend the so-called emergency, that STILL does not make it LAWFUL to prohibit people from free movement, from free trade, from free speech, from free anything.
I also want to point out that if we're using public reviews and voting as our argument, its very easy to install a group of people who are corrupt or easily bought off with money. As you stated further above, they admitted to not WANTING to TERMINATE the so-called emergency because "we won't get our COVID money". How many people were bought off throughout the entire "COVID" charade? There are MOUNTAINS of evidence that Pfizer paid off governments (in some cases, they strong-armed countries into these free-from-liability contracts, forcing them to put up military bases and such as collateral - ask yourself, what business does Pfizer have taking a military base as collateral?), they paid off the media ("sponsored by Pfizer"), the government paid off media, "influencers", corporations, federal agencies & other federal employees, NGO's, other various agencies, they paid A TON of money to schools & universities to go along with this... the amount of money used to essentially bribe people, companies, and other entities to go along with this is honestly unfathomable for ordinary people like us.
My point is.... NONE OF IT MATTERS. They can quickly and easily pass a law if that is what our argument is. That doesn't matter either. Ultimately I feel it is kind of pointless to play within their rules because THEY MAKE THE RULES. Im more interested in natural law - god given rights that I was BORN with. If I havent outsourced my authority to someone else (and I havent), and if I have not contracted with anyone (and I havent), then NOTHING they say or do matters - as long as I am not hurting anyone else or stealing or destroying someone else's property.
Finally, I'd like to point out that the UNITED STATES is a CORPORATION - not a government. Are they really obligated to follow the Constitution, if they are not even considered a government anymore?
Subsections 15 and 15 (A) of Title 28 US Code §3002 - "the United States means -- (A) a Federal Corporation". It is a FOREIGN Corporation. Anyone who works for this foreign corporation is a foreign agent and is knowingly or unknowingly committing fraud against the American people.
To be more specific, that means ALL politicians working in Washington DC and every judge, attorney, police officer, and government agents working throughout the USA are FOREIGN AGENTS. [Because they are foreign agents, DO NOT VOTE FOR ANY OF THESE PEOPLE - including the President. If you do, you are committing TREASON against the Republic of The United States of America (the 50 Union States).]
Not trying to be one of "those" people, but I just think it's all worth mentioning because everything is so convoluted, no matter where we set the bar, theyve got us jumping through 20 more hoops to try to hold them accountable.
It all gets so exhausting the further down the rabbit hole you get. I wish Peggy would go down the rabbit hole of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION and talk about if and how they are still obligated to follow the constitution, because I genuinely don't think it applies to FOREIGN AGENTS. Therefore, all of this lawsuit stuff seems pointless....
And how do we get our true Sovereign country status back? Is it even possible? Im sure most countries playing in the UN sandbox are all considered corporations now.... government is a business after all....
I wish more people knew about natural law because im having such a hard time finding legitimate & reliable material about it - most has been scrubbed or heavily censored and impossible to find. And the rest is behind a paywall which I guess is to keep the information "in the private" but most people can barely afford food these days.
This is basically racketeering. Using Federal money to fund State and Local agencies (money crossing state lines) in order to EXTORT legal rights and personal property from the citizens. Everyone taking Federal funds for this purpose should be charged under RICO.
