Peggy, I will keep you in my prayers but would not be surprised if more shenanigans occur. I am not familiar with our County Sherrif, but I know they have tremendous power to arrest etc. If the BOS have committed crimes perhaps that is an angle. Of course, if our Sherrif is not good, then it's a non-starter!
It still shocks me how they are breaking the law. My doctor’s office won’t let me enter the building despite a written exemption from my provider (which she now says I can’t use) but more importantly there is an exemption in The California Department of Public Health Mask Mandate. I stay away from allopathic medicine as much as possible but I had to go in recently and let me say the entire building got informed. They wanted to call the police on me (it’s happened before at the lab). They couldn’t answer me when I asked why they aren’t complying with the exemption in the mask mandate. A bunch of dodo birds. I want to sue for my rights but who would take the case? Praying for victory, Peggy.
Thank you for that info. The difference in my case is that I have filed for a Writ of Mandate. I am not being sued. I am not the defendant. I am the petitioner. I want this to be heard in this jurisdiction, which is proper. Let's bring these public serpents to justice, shall we?!
