If I remember correctly, I was taught that when Franklin D. Roosevelt was President, the Federal government debated as to if it was going to go in the direction of a "police state" or "militant" type of government or not? It was decided that it was going to go into the direction of a "militant" type of government and I think the decision had something to do with establishing the Social Security system, or is linked to SS in some way. The fate of our country was sealed way back then, before I was born when SS was established. About the only good thing I remember Roosevelt did was to establish National Parks to preserve some of the beauty of the land in this country for future generations to behold. I also learned about the discrimination and horrors the Japanese citizens suffered after the bombing of Pearl Harbor, and how quickly Americans turned against those that lived in this country. It was out of fear that our enemy was within our borders, living among us, and would harm the citizens. Our leaders saw it as an opportunity for the "militant" Federal government they just established to be visible among citizens. Most were innocent Japanese citizens but there were spies too that were not so innocent. The innocent should not of had to suffer for the not so innocent, but that's what happens in war. War is not pretty, or fair, hence the old saying "all's fair in love and war". Although I do agree with you regarding the Japanese, I will debate with you that the horrors the Japanese suffered in this country were minimal compared to the horrors the Jews suffered at the hands of Hitler! Over SIX MILLION Jews were murdered after being tortured, closer to TEN MILLION if you count those killed by Hitler and Joseph Stalin from Russia combined. I don't have my history book from high school as they were only on loan from the school, and we didn't have computers, cell phones or internet back then, but there are some articles to reference on internet. The U.S. Library of Congress has a copy of every book that was ever printed though, so "true history" books still exist, but they are getting harder and harder to find for the general public. History was not my favorite subject in high school. I wish I had bought a hard-back-cover of encyclopedia book sets when I was younger. I didn't know back then how valuable they would be in preserving the truth for today. Every home should have a set because we cannot trust government officials to tell the truth or schools to teach the truth anymore. They've been lying to us for years!
And look at what we have in the WH now! Not to mention whos really running the country into the ground. If people don't wake up and start supporting President Trump we are done as America. He is the only one who actually stands for the people! He's not a politician who can be bought. That's why the establishment hates him so much. Yes, I believe G-d raised up Donald Trump to be a blessing for the citizens of this country to rescue us from the depths of hell, from the swampy deep state, but the true hero for the citizens of this country is G-d Himself! One Nation, ONLY Under One G-d, will we be indivisible! We must never lift up a man (humankind) above G-d. It is our merciful G-d who will save us, if "my people" will only repent and return to "Me" (G-d). We must repent as a nation, the whole nation, like the city of Nineveh did in the book of Jonah, the prophet. G-d and truth is the only way to freedom. Freedom was never "free"! There was always a price to pay. Obedience to G-d and taking responsibility for one's actions, for yourself and for your family. Trump cannot save us. MAGA should be changed to MGGA (Make G-d Great Again) and maybe, if G-d has favor on us, He will put Trump back into office to finish cleaning the swamp! But "We the People" have to help Trump. Trump cannot do it by himself. I pray, out of mercy for Israel and the U.S.A., that G-d will put Trump back into office so this nation will be a "sheep" nation, a true ally to Israel, and not a "goat" nation. U.S.A. was not founded to be a "goat" nation! Even if it takes everything we have, we must stand with Israel, because Israel is the apple of G-d's eye, His eyes are always upon it, day and night, and it is our commission to pray for the peace of Jerusalem! (Zechariah 2:8; 2 Chronicles 6:20). The LORD says in Zechariah 2:16-17 (CJB): "ADONAI will take possession of Y’hudah as his portion in the holy land, and he will again make Yerushalayim his choice. Be silent, all humanity, before ADONAI; for he has been roused from his holy dwelling." In other words, DON"T ARGUE with G-D! It's not Palestine or any other Arab or Semitic tribe that G-d will re-establish, it's Israel!
Agreed! I realize not to idolizeTrump or any human. I do believe however that God uses people for HIS purposes by the Holy Spirit and He's using Trump here on earth! This is why Trump is so strong and courageous because God has his back. There's no other explanation for what we are witnessing! I'm praying daily for a hedge of protection around him and for God to give him wisdom and discernment on how to deal with all this evil coming at him and our country. Lord have mercy on us all! 🙏
