We had every call recorded on a reel to reel tape machine, and all these tapes were kept. All the phone calls from the public and all radio transmissions on scene. This was long before 911. There is absolutely a recorded record of everything, no matter how small this fire department is. If they say there is not, they are really hiding something. Keep up the good fight for the truth.
Peggy, I don't know if you are familiar with the Colorado fire of December 30, 2021. Very similar playbook. High winds. Suspicious (and multiple) starting points. Fire burned 1000 homes which covered a spread of many miles. Most of the area was open space and farm fields. No fire breaks were done in these areas to contain spread. Wildland fire crews showed up and were allegedly told to stand down; however, by afternoon they crossed emergency lines and went in. Houses that were saved occurred because residents and neighbors stayed behind with water and shovels. No emergency alerts or reverse 911 calls sent out. Low water pressure. Structures that burnt were completely destroyed to the ground with nothing left inside. Trees and vegetation left standing. Many people underinsured. Shrugged off as climate change, etc. No attempts to investigate and figure out what went wrong with the fire response. No one seemed particularly shocked that over 1000 structures burned in a suburban (not mountain) setting over such a large area. The list goes on....
Can't say this often enough! Mistakes were not made - it was malice aforethought always!
