I got one of these surveys. I have to say that i was intimidated by it and worried that i would “get in trouble” if i did not complete it. There is no way though that i was going to answer all those personal questions. I chose to ignore it and no one called and no one came knocking at my door. I did some online research and found that i had done the right thing. I could have done without the intimidation and fear tactics.

Hi Peggy,

I think a person can just write "Refused - Return to Sender" on the envelope and put it back in their mailbox for postman/woman to pick up the net day in outgoing mail? Or, sometimes I write "Deceased - Return to Sender" on envelope when I think it is junk mail so they stop sending stuff.

Oh my! The ACS! My Dad received his survey last year in January and round filed it. They sent several more copies. All round filed. Then, in January of this year, he came home one day, and there was a packet on his door, along with a note. In the packet was that infamous survey and a note to please fill it out. Oh, I forgot about the phone calls that he was getting beginning at the end of last year asking him to fill it out or he could just answer the questions verbally.

He came home another day and found the guy's card again, and more calls. Then, he called MY HOME PHONE!!! He left a message because we do not answer unkown phone numbers. Said he was trying to reach my Dad and it looked like the house was maybe closed up for the winter and if I was the correct person that I could answer the questions or get a message to my Dad. The audacity. He also called my Dad that day as well. We are all getting real ticked by now. Another call to my home and to my Dad, then, he called MY SISTER'S PHONE. She has a California number, but lives in Mexico! She answered the phone but said she was driving so he said ok, just let your Dad know! Then, as I was on the phone with my Dad, I get a TEXT ON MY CELL PHONE! Well, I just lost it! I texted back some very un-Christian things to him and told him to stop harrassing our family. I repented of my anger. Anyway, my Dad finally decided to call the guy. My Dad talked to him for an hour, but never answered any of the questions. Said the guy was very nice and apologized that yes, even though his supervisor said it was ok to do, it was probably over the line.

Apparently, per their website, the ACS is so that communities know how to 'plan for the future' and to get funding from the feds for programs. Yeah. Sure. Whatever.

I'm thinking they already had all your families information or else how did they know all your phone number? Probable cause for a restraining order?

Yes, I thought the same thing. Why does my Dad have to answer anything since they obviously know all info about relatives. My Dad even told the guy that and he was told, well we need to have it from you. SMH

I told my Dad, after he told me that he had called the guy, that I was going to get a restraining order if the guy did not stop. Most definitely was my next step.

My Dad also made it clear to the guy that he was angry that the guy had contacted his daughters and that it was very uncool.

I'm so sorry your family went through that nightmare. If someone hounded me like that I would immediately suspect identify theft or fraud of some kind. Another thing that can be done is to gathered as much info on that person as you can, ask for their supervisors phone number, and then call the Census Bureau in front of them to verify if their supervisor & them are valid employees before answering any of their questions. If they are not valid employees, call Sheriff in front of them. Also, report their company to your states Attorney General's office to create a case against that company. I've done that before when I suspected fraud or identity theft and they disappeared real fast! I even chased one person down the road in my car to get their license plate number when I caught them scoping out my house! I chased them out of my neighborhood almost to the freeway! They never came back to my knowledge. I will protect my property and myself to the best of my ability!

I worked for the Census Bureau in 2020 and that's not how we were instructed to treat people. I did go door to door, but if they were not home or did not answer, I left a door hanger on their door knob for them to contact us and noted the reason for no contact in the Census Bureau's computer system, then moved on to the next home (I had a government issued laptop that tracked my every move and my supervisor monitored all my work nightly). I usually never went back to that home as they had other people do follow-up. Plus, the Census Bureau collected only minimal information, not the long list Peggy read in her video.

Although, when my husband and I ran a mom & pop business, I used to get mail from Census Bureau wanting to know all about our business. It was so long and detailed, like what Peggy read in her video, that I didn't ever get it completed before more pressing work needed attention. so It got pushed to bottom of my work pile, and eventually shredded. They kept sending me another survey with warnings of fines, and it kept getting pushed to bottom of work pile, and eventually shredded. I never did complete the surveys and never got fined, no one ever showed up at my door nor did anyone ever call me about it. I thought it was infringement on my privacy, and perhaps that is why they cannot legally fine anyone? There must of been some kind of court ruling in 1970 that put a stop to them being able to fine people for invading their privacy?

Saw this podcast on YT. Appalling. Never heard about this before.

I wanted to ask you, Peggy, if you can clarify or show a link to a previous discussion, clarifying your position on the “non spinning earth”🌎. I am highly skeptical of “the science” especially after the coodies panic. On the one hand it doesn’t seem like the earth is spinning and there is the question of planes flying while the earth is spinning so fast etc.

On the other hand day and night and the seasons are well explained by the conventional narrative.

Thanks for all you do.
