Peggy, we fled commifornia to upstate South Carolina about 2 1/2 years ago. we have seen several hurricane storms since then that have only been rain and some wind. No big deal. I was looking at the weather app on my phone to see if we would be affected by the hurricane and my phone said that we had a 60% chance of rain on that Friday. Well, imagine my surprise when we woke up that morning to heavy winds, 9" of rain and trees falling all over our yard! Talking to our neighbors afterwords, who have lived here all their lives, they said they have never seen anything like this! Our town, Spartanburg, was declared a disaster zone and put under a state of emergency. We were NOT sufficiently warned of the path and ferocity of this hurricane. Those in the "know", KNOW this was a directed weapon, for whatever the reason!!
This hurricane was a CAT 4 out in the bay, once it hits land it slows down. Helene hit at high tide in Florida so there was a lot of flooding for anyone who lived on the water or near canals (this happened to my family members) How could Helene cause the degree of damage after it traveled thru Florida, Georgia, South Carolina then hook around and devastate the mountain regions of heritage North Carolinians??? NOT buying it unless it was steered and weaponized by DARPA, HAARP or whatever other subversive garbage these devils possess.

I'm in CA and am so worried about NC and Florida. This looks to be bigger than Katrina but The Federal govt. is absent due to the fact that these affected people are the dregs, and incorrigibles of society. God bless them all. I'm not sure if caught off guard is quite the right characterization. The people I know personally or follow are about the most prepared people I know. But how can you prepare when a gigantic wall of mud and water come flying down your mountain from out of no-where and wash everything away. There is nothing natural about this storm.... What is truly amazing, however, is that those who suffered lesser amounts of damage are helping their next door neighbors who lost everything, and those who are alive and accounted for are searching for their neighbors who are missing or dead, and I'm seeing this over and over again in communications and on social media posts. May God have mercy on us.
