A special broadcast as we open the door to 2024...

Friends,

I wanted to take a moment to connect with each and every one of you on a personal level. Your support has been the driving force behind this incredible journey, and I am deeply grateful for each one of you.

As we enter 2024, it's only fitting to reflect on the journey we've taken together. In my recent video, I poured my heart out, expressing gratitude for being part of a community that values truth and freedom.

Looking back from 2020 to now, I can't help but marvel at the strength we've displayed in the face of unprecedented and shared challenges. The oppressors may still be at it, but here we are, standing up and bouncing back, refusing to let the ills of this world wear us down. And through all the tyranny and chaos, there's a silver lining:

I got connected with all of you.

Before 2020, I found myself yearning for a more expansive circle of friends and new relationships. Despite being a teacher and constantly surrounded by hundreds of students and peers, I wanted to make more friends. I actually turned to Youtube in the early days because it was a place where I hoped to find solace in the Youtube channels that were on a mission of awakening others.

It was a lonely endeavor that lacked real solutions and left me feeling caught up in the spin cycle of anxiety and dread. Additionally, I was spending a lot of time arguing with people on Facebook in those early days of the hogwash. I couldn’t understand how people couldn’t see what was going on!

My husband witnessed my frustration and said, “Why are you on Facebook? It’s like a bar brawl in there… you are a teacher! If you want to educate people, why don’t you educate them and make a video to put on Youtube? I go to Youtube all the time to learn things!”

That’s when I decided to create The Healthy American.

The choice of the word "healthy" was deliberate. It countered the narrative of being unsuspecting carriers of a mysterious disease silently killing people with your breath, a narrative that attempted to gaslight and isolate us.

This entire journey, marked by cancellations, loss, broken relationships, and other hardships led to me finding my voice on YouTube and connecting with thousands of like-minded people all over the world.

And here’s where I want to get personal…

I know it’s important to acknowledge the uphill battle we face on platforms like YouTube. Subscribers mysteriously vanish, like buttons morph into dislikes, and notifications fail to reach you. Despite these obstacles, you and I have persisted. I am here because of your unwavering support, and for that, I am truly thankful.

The Healthy American stands on three pillars, with connection being the most vital. Reflecting on my past desire to expand my circle, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the blessing that is this community. God truly delivered.

There would be no “The Healthy American” without the healthy AMERICANS.

I really wanted to take this time to find out what is on your mind. I want to make certain that I am keeping my pledge to read between the lies, expose the evildoers, and break down the headlines so that we are not frozen in anxiety and dread — and, ideally, to bring you some remedies where appropriate. There isn't always a solution. Sometimes I provide information just to increase your knowledge, and education is, of course, one of the key pillars at The Healthy American.

As we approach 2024, my assistant Olivia and I are working to ensure that The Healthy American is relevant, meaningful and valuable to you. While our focus will continue to remain on our rights and the laws that should protect them, I invite you to vote in the poll below about what kind of content you would like to see in 2024.
