Friends, as you know I have been engaged in a legal battle against the Orange County board of supervisors since 2021. The county has pulled out all the stops to try to delay this lawsuit, and we have one last opportunity to convince the judge that the law is on our side. It should take no convincing because the law is clear, but he's having difficulty understanding right from wrong!
And the court chose to make you wait over a year? It is like THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD and then come in now and tell you it is too late. THEY are the reason this wasn't addressed before they could declare it moot.. Not that that "moot" argument makes any sense in a Bill Gates' World of "Next Pandemics" where any moment we can be faced with the entire, unscientific, illogical lockdown scenario being repeated.
I'm praying that the quick and clever minds of you and your team can figure out a way to make this work in your favor. I choose to hear good news on this case soon.

WOW. So these "emergencies" are a way to bribe bureaucrats and elected officials to enforce draconian mandates and lockdowns indefinitely -- the bribe being the millions in covid aid which is spent/pocketed any way these bureaucrats and officials want to, even if, in other times, it would be considered graft.
WOW. Bureaucratic Covid Graft. Trickle Down Covid Crime. So, this is how some people Get RICHER in an 'emergency' lockdown, while others LOSE their livelihoods and their homes due to the ever-prolonged status of an 'emergency"! When these officials and bureaucrats refuse to put an appropriately rapid end to an 'emergency', they are dooming their local population to suffering, loss and financial destruction. Don't they care at all about the hell they are putting their local populations through? If they are claiming their policy on emergencies -- letting emergencies be prolonged indefinitely without reasonable review and thereby prolonging the suffering of the population -- is defensible rather than just a policy that makes MORE GRAFT possible while locals suffer, let them prove it in court. Their policy is a policy of PAIN and SUFFERING for the people and prolonged profiteering for a handful.
What did you say on video about CHD California, “backing out” ? How did you say it? I am in Oregon and have attended some CHD meetings. Aren’t we still in a national state of emergency until 2028 and who know hows long beyond? With that in place, why can’t a judge see what is wrong with protecting your own local county.
