Florida Says, "STOP the SHOTS!"

They are still pushing the cooties jabs, just not the mRNA ones! ;)

“Providers concerned about patient health risks associated with COVID-19 should prioritize patient access to non-mRNA COVID-19 vaccines and treatment.”

Friends, I hate the be the bearer of bad news, but I don’t think the statement of the Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo calling for a halt to the mRNA jabs goes far enough.

I know, I know… the headlines are shouting that Florida wants to “stop the shots!”

But when we dig beneath the headlines, we find Lapado’s actual premise:

The mRNA shots are “potentially defective and therefore unsafe.”

Does that bother anyone but me?

Now, I’m all in favor of people getting more info about these unsafe and ineffective experimental jabs…

But isn’t the real story that it doesn’t matter whether these products are safe or not — what matters is that NO ONE has the RIGHT to FORCE a MEDICAL INTERVENTION on me — or you!

I’m quite focused on this “potentially defective and there unsafe” statement.

So… the jabs are only “potentially” defective? And if they were not defective, then they would be safe? That’s what Lapado’s statement means.

And you know that that means the door is open for the “authorities” (including Lapado) to say: “Good news folks!! These shots are NOT defective any longer due to the excellent safety testing from our now-reliable regulatory agencies, so we can therefore get jabbed with CONFIDENCE because they are now deemed safe!”

Florida State Attorney General’s recommendation to the FDA from the Florida Department of Health

“In a statement released Wednesday by the Florida Department of Health,
Ladapo referred to a Dec. 6 letter to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in which he raised concerns about "nucleic acid contaminants" in the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, and the "unique risks posed by DNA integration.

The FDA had refuted Ladapo's concerns in a Dec. 14 response and stated that "based on a thorough assessment of the entire manufacturing process, FDA is confident in the quality, safety, and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines."

The FDA further stated that "with over a billion doses of the mRNA vaccines administered, no safety concerns related to residual DNA have been identified." The U.S. accounts for more than 670 million doses.” Source.

Florida's Surgeon General is not just tapping the brakes; he's slamming them. Armed with a study from Canada revealing DNA fragments in Pfizer and Moderna's COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, he fired off letters to the FDA, demanding answers. But surprise, surprise — the FDA left him hanging, prompting him to declare a halt to these mRNA jabs.

But what about the “non-mRNA” ones? I guess we will be waiting for an answer about that.

Ladapo had sent a letter to the FDA and CDC in May 2023 that received no response and the December letter was a follow-up addressing this additional concern.

The Surgeon General, in his December letter to the FDA, threw it back at them, citing their own 2007 documents warning about the potential genetic modification caused by DNA contamination.

The reason for his December letter was this:

“I am writing to you to address the recent discovery of host cell DNA fragments within the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.”

and he linked this study from Canada: DNA fragments detected in monovalent and bivalent Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna modRNA COVID-19 vaccines from Ontario, Canada: Exploratory dose response relationship with serious adverse events.

So, are we inching closer to accountability? Let's take a look at the perspective of Florida attorney Jeff Childers, who's been on the frontlines trying to crack the pharmaceutical liability shields:

Some folks see this as “too little, too late,” because most of the jabs have already entered arms, and jab uptake is now dwindling to embarrassingly-low levels. But that’s not the point. In order to get to the next stage, to prove harms and to start talking specifically about accountability, we must first cross a conceptual Rubicon: the vaccines are — or may be — defective.

At this moment, even though nearly everyone else but Pfizer executives and its bowtied shills have long left the station, the formal Establishment position remains that the vaccines are the safest and most effective vaccines in history. To reach Accountability Station, the Establishment’s position must change, even a little. Just one little crack in the wall would do it.

So the news is: Florida has become the first state to officially designate the mRNA shots as potentially defective and therefore unsafe. In other words, the burden of proof has finally shifted — at least, in Florida. Dr. Ladapo is saying that it’s not our job to prove the shots were dangerous. It’s the Establishment’s job to prove its approved medications were safe.

In other words, given the contamination, there is no evidence the shots are safe.

I like what Jeff says about the burden of proof shifting.

In many legal systems, the burden of proof typically falls on the party making an affirmative claim or asserting a fact. Proving a negative (in this case, that the shots are unsafe) isn’t the burden of the public or any of the states… However, while it usually isn’t necessary to prove a negative, evidence that creates doubt about the validity of the opposing party's claims can indirectly support the position that the negative is more likely true.

Also, have you heard of the concept of a negative pregnant?

“A negative pregnant is the denial of some part of an allegation such that the denial is “pregnant” with the possibility that the allegation as a whole may still be true, except for that detail. In other words, an individual’s refusal to categorically deny the entirety of an allegation gives that individual’s denial an implied meaning that is closer to an admission that the allegation is mostly true.” — LII

Basically it’s a way of denying an accusation or claim that leaves room for part of the accusation to be true. It's a type of denial that might sound like an outright rejection but, on closer inspection, implies that some aspects of the claim could be accurate.

Here’s a hypothetical example that similarly applies to this situation:

Person A alleges that a drug (Drug X) is not safe because it is defective, and defects in its formulation could pose risks to patients.

An absolute denial would look like this: Person B: "Drug X is completely safe, and there are no defects in its formulation."

A negative pregnant would look like this: Person B: "While I acknowledge there may be minor issues in the manufacturing process, these do not compromise the overall safety profile of Drug X."

In the absolute denial, Person B is asserting that the drug is entirely safe with no defects. In the negative pregnant denial, Person B concedes the possibility of minor issues in the manufacturing process, but argues that these issues don't fundamentally compromise the safety of the drug.

In this case with the cooties vaccines, the claim from Florida Dept. of Health is that host cell DNA fragments have been found in the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA shots, raising concerns about toxicity/harm. The FDA's response? A classic negative pregnant. They argue it's "implausible" but not "impossible." And you know what’s ridiculous? The FDA stated: "No safety concerns related to residual DNA have been identified." Note the careful wording; it's not a total denial of safety concerns.

So it’s unlikely, but not impossible.

All that being said, this is all centered around the topic of safety — the shots just aren’t safe enough. And that’s another problem we need to dive into because none of these shots are safe… But it’s entertaining to watch them dance around their lies.

And of course the Florida Public Health Integrity Committee entered the scene last year (read more about that here). The Surgeon General's December letter to the FDA and CDC also referenced his meetings with this committee, pushing for more credible and safe public health!!

This push for more science, more data, more tracking is getting old. We just need to focus on and protect our right of no consent — who cares about the data? It’s a total side show and it’s exhausting to keep up with… I’ve never been a fan of statistics or data (which are easily manipulated). For the last three yeas, the evil-dewers have tried to drag people into the medical weeds which is a losing battle.

However, Florida is making waves, challenging the narrative, and putting the burden of proof squarely on the establishment's shoulders. However, as we saw with the Texas lawsuit, these public health officials and government leaders should be calling for a halt to ALL these shots, mRNA or not… Whatever happened to the Johnson and Johnson shot that had adverse effects for like three people and they pulled the plug on the production (at least for a little while)? Hello? How many people need to continue to be harmed in the meantime?
