I have never worn a mask. It was extremely difficult and I was battling nearly every time I left the house. I was told to leave establishments many times. A power hungry worker at Whole Foods chased me with a thermometer in the produce department.
The police were called on me as I refused to leave a medical building without my X-Ray. The sheriff deputies were extremely rude and condescending to me. They had their masks pulled below their noses and told me to “wear it like this and there won’t be a problem”. I showed them the California Department of Public Health Mask Mandate I printed and carried in my purse and they dismissed me. These public servants don’t know the law.
There are numerous other instances I won’t get into. I was always the only one not complying everywhere I went. I am chronically ill and this battle fatigued me tremendously. Your responses will help me going forward. The one that was the most difficult to take on was “this is a private business and private property”. Honestly these pea brains couldn’t figure out if they’re open to the public they’re not private. They aren’t a PMA.

No shut in, no social dist, no tests, no masks ever and I caught holy hell plus cops. I cited Americans With Disabilities Act and the fines that would be imposed on them and they all shut up.
Perhaps it was my steadfast manner, my white hair, armed to the teeth w/state & federal law that they could not deny, albeit they sure tried. Maybe that neon sign flashing on my forehead that spoke F... Off. As for the police I asked them if they were going to uphold or ignore the oath they took to defend the US Constitution & Bill of Rights. They asked for my name, I would not give it. They said, have a nice day.

I do have a medical exemption and during the worst of the insanity I was thrown out of Mother's Market, Trader Joes, and Best Buy as I was reading them the exemption establishing I might die from wearing a mask. Their policy at the time overrid people's lives. However, Jenni, the person who threw me out of the Mother's in Santa Ana is no longer there and those who are there now know the truth about the jab. Most of the custormers at the Costa Mesa Mother's, which also threw me out, are awake and I discuss the truth about masks and jabs with them whenever I'm in the storre.

I didn't research the laws here in Australia, but never wore a mask. Very few questioned me, but when they did I just said that I was exempt and looked them straight in the eye.
I have found that if you are confident in standing your ground, most back down. Not sure how I would have reacted if I was threatened by police. I have such contempt for those who enabled these mask 'mandates'. Unfortunately we don't have a 2nd amendment.

1. No govt bldg, public place like the street, park, can tell you to wear a mask.
2. No public transport even if privately owned, car, bus, plane, taxi can tell you to wear a mask or get off.
3. A private enterprise can show you their written rule that everyone must wear a mask and ask you to leave, but they can not tell you to wear a mask, only to leave if you don't have a mask on.
⇒There are very few places though that will actually enforce this rule even if they have it.
4. A restaurant would also be a private place as in #3 but since you can't eat (then pay) if you have a mask on they won't have a rule. There were some places in 2020-22 that told you to wear a mask while walking to your seat but they wouldn't enforce that if you say no, but customers don't argue back here. Most places would try to enforce masking while going to a buffet table and tell you to put on plastic gloves they would give you. Again customers don't say no to these things-even though the buffet table is only a few meters from all the maskless people eating around the buffet. If you were adamant they would probably let you do what you want though it would make any local people you were dining with very unhappy with you.

I did put on one of those breathable ones 3 different times when i had urgent business or a medical emergency i considered more important than not wearing one. In SoCal, I was only kicked out of places twice.

Here in Japan:
1. No govt bldg, public place like the street, park, can tell you to wear a mask.
2. No public transport even if privately owned, car, bus, plane, taxi can tell you to wear a mask or get off.
3. A private enterprise can show you their written rule that everyone must wear a mask and ask you to leave, but they can not tell you to wear a mask, only to leave if you don't have a mask on.
⇒There are very few places though that will actually enforce this rule even if they have it.
4. A restaurant would also be a private place as in #3 but since you can't eat (then pay) if you have a mask on they won't have a rule. There were some places in 2020-22 that told you to wear a mask while walking to your seat but they wouldn't enforce that if you say no, but customers don't argue back here. Most places would try to enforce masking while going to a buffet table and tell you to put on plastic gloves they would give you. Again customers don't say no to these things-even though the buffet table is only a few meters from all the maskless people eating around the buffet. If you were adamant they would probably let you do what you want though it would make any local people you were dining with very unhappy with you.
