Number three drives me batty with all the everything is a secret garbage. They try to get your interest pretending to possess secret knowledge which is usually nothing but lies and overstatements.

Atrocity Propaganda is another one people see and assume because it is so horrific that it’s true. Then when the truth does come out it doesn’t get the same play on corporate media.
Such a great reminder. And also, Pray, people! I speak to myself as well on this one. I notice when I pray, these things can't grab on to me and if they try I am able to just brush them off like the dirt that it is. Or just take a break from watching the nonsense. In the end, God is in control.
There’s a new one, guys. It turns out that all of nutrition science is built on lies. Several “vitamins” are are actually toxic, and calories are essential, not to be limited. Carbohydrates don’t make us fat, beta carotene and retinol do! I just learned things stuff, and though shocking, I put it into practice and I’m probing for myself that it's correct. Look up Grant Gereaux for more on the topic.
