“Toilet-to-Tap” Becomes a Reality in California

Excuse me -- are you drinking Tap water or Crap Water??

Ugh… just when you thought you’d heard it all:

“You will own nothing and be happy”

“You will eat zee bugs”

Now comes, “You will now drink sewer water!”

Yup, that’s the current state of affairs in crazy California.

You see, way back in 2010, the California legislature passed a law (SB 918) requiring the California Water Resources Board (CWRB) to establish standards and procedures for recycling wastewater into potable (drinkable) use. Subsequent laws and regulations related to wastewater recycling required this action (among many):

“On or before December 31, 2023, the state board shall adopt uniform water recycling criteria for direct potable reuse through raw water augmentation.”

That’s why the headlines have been heralding the news that the state of California has approved turning sewer water into drinking water.

In other words, now California cities have the green light to make tap water out of crap water.

Would you drink it?

Gates says, “It tastes delicious.”

Sure, that makes sense, coming from someone who wants you to eat fake meat.

And wouldn’t you know it, Gates also invested in a multi-billion-dollar water treatment company called Ecolab through his investment company Cascade investment holdings. 

EcoLab: “Ecolab Inc. provides water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions and services in the United States and internationally.”

(And what a coincidence: many Congress members also are invested in this toilet technology, as I’ll reveal in a moment later in this substack.)

But don’t worry about that. There are already plans for a $6 billion dollar improvements in a wastewater treatment plant in LA county.

Here is what’s prompting this push to create tap water out of toilet water:

In its provisions most relevant to this Panel, Section 13561.2 of the California Water Code states:

• On or before December 31, 2023, the state board shall adopt uniform water recycling criteria for direct potable reuse through raw water augmentation.

• The state board shall develop the uniform water recycling criteria for direct potable reuse using information from the recommended research.

• Before adopting the initial uniform water recycling criteria for direct potable reuse, the state board shall establish and administer an expert review panel for purposes of subdivision (a).

California approves rules that turn sewage into drinking water

“In a milestone for creating a major new source of drinking water, California has approved its first standards for turning sewage into potable water supplies delivered to homes and businesses.

The State Water Resources Control Board, in a unanimous vote today, outlined for the first time how water suppliers can treat recycled water and send it directly to taps. Currently recycled water is mixed into aquifers or used for irrigation and other non-drinking purposes.

The new rules — which have been more than a decade in the making and were mandated by a state law — outline a slew of requirements aimed at ensuring that germs and chemicals are scrubbed from treated sewage.”

The National Water Research Institute (NORI) wrote a memorandum of findings for the California State Water Resources Control Board Division of Drinking Water that these regulations will protect public health.

Findings & recommendations: “The Panel’s Preliminary Task 1 Finding is that the Early Draft of Anticipated Criteria for Direct Potable Reuse dated August 17, 2021, adequately protects public health… Recommendation 1. Include raw water augmentation in criteria and/or Statement of Reasons…Recommendation 2. Use scientific justification to support assumptions to develop log reduction values (LRVs) for pathogen criteria”

Now, here’s the lowdown on those investing in this toilet-to-tap technology:

He and his immediate family have millions of dollars’ worth of U.S. Bancorp, 3M, Ecolab, UnitedHealth Group, Target Corp. and Polaris Industries stock in an investment portfolio that stretches across hundreds of companies in virtually every U.S. business sector.”

Alan Lowenthal (D - congressman) also purchased stakes in Ecolab and he conveniently sits on the subcommittee of water resources and environment which directly impacts ecolab's industry

“Today, United States Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and United States Representative Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) led a bicameral group of colleagues in introducing the Future of Water Act to amend the Commodity Exchange Act to prohibit futures trading of water or water rights and protect our country’s water. Water is a basic human right that must be managed and protected as a public trust resource.”

WEF “water crisis as a top global risk”  -- WEF also formed a “global water initiative” along with the “2030 water resource group” which want to enable governments to design policies to change how water is governed and managed at all levels 

Bill gates also invested in a company that turns wastewater into beer, Epic One Water Brew. “Take, for example, Epic OneWater Brew: a Kölsch-style ale made from purified shower, laundry and sink water. It’s the brainchild of Epic Cleantec, a San Francisco-based water reuse technology company born from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s “Reinvent the Toilet Challenge.”"

The FALSE NARRATIVE that is being pushed

I’m all in favor of not wasting water. In fact there are probably dozens of ways that California would manage its water more effectively, such as capturing rainwater, improving water storage, feeding the aquifers that house underground rivers (also known as groundwater or primary water).

The fact is, California is not running out of water. God did not make a mistake in His divine design of our incredible earth and resources. As you know, there are countless ways that the weather can be manipulated, as I covered in previous videos on my Healthy American youtube channel. And one of those ways is to manufacture droughts.

But why would “they” do that? The control the weather to control you. To control the environment. To impose burdensome “carbon taxes” that will result in lower standards of living, and likely lower life expectancy rates. To accelerate on their evil plans to reduce the pesky human population so they are easier to control. And by orchestrating a climate crisis, they can strike fear in the hearts and minds of those unable or unwilling to dig deeper and read between the lies.

As you know, that’s what I’m here for: to expose the “evil-dewers” and peel back the layers of their deception so we don’t fall prey to their hogwash. I feel more empowered and engaged — and you told me you do, too — when we stand against their attempts to bamboozle and hoodwink us. I’m not going to let them pull the wool over my eyes and I’m not going to go down without a fight. And I know you’re not either.

Yep, governments are monitoring your, uh… human waste to determine where the outbreaks of this mystery illness are happening so they can shut things down again. I’ve never complied, and I never will.
