Military to be Court Martialed for Medical Crimes?

Over 200 service members and veterans vow to hold top brass accountable

Before we dig beneath the headlines about service members calling out the catastrophe of the Department of Defense’s no-exemptions-allowed cooties cocktail requirements, let’s step back in time just a bit to August 2021…

That’s when the DOD inflicted the illegal, unlawful, immoral, illegitimate, unethical and unthinkable jab requirements (nope, not gonna call ‘em mandates) upon the military, sending many members into a tailspin as they tried to figure out how to get exempt from these “safe and effective” experimental jabs, while still keeping their jobs.

I’ve had many, many, many, many, many service members reach out to me for help in this, so I have some first-hand experience in just how ruthless, shameful, bullying and discriminatory the military has been. (And yes, we have had success stories!)

Think about it: you probably know someone who was or is in the military. They are already required (depending on where they serve) to be “inoculated” against ahem, about 15 “infectious” diseases such as hepatitis, polio, rabies, flu, typhoid, yellow fever, mumps, measles and chickenpox and more.

But when Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin issued his iron-fist requirement that EVERYONE had to be jabbed (and boosted) against cooties, there was much discontent in the ranks.

Biden shortly thereafter issued additional controversial executive orders requiring ALL federal workers and ALL government contractors to get the experimental jab to keep their jobs.

That’s when my sleepless nights really began, as I was literally working 20 hours a day to try to help as many people as possible with my free educational videos and personal coaching about civil rights and non-discrimination laws related to your own ethical, moral and religious objections to actions that you, well, object to!

Sadly and tragically, many service members either didn’t want to fight back or didn’t know how to, and ended up complying with these measures. And even more tragically, some paid the ultimate price with their “sudden and unexpected” early passing.

Others took early retirement — while 8,400 members were discharged for standing up for their rights of no consent to an experimental medical procedure. (The DOD cleverly stated that members only had to take the FDA licensed product called Comirnaty, but the fact is that Pfizer’s Comirnaty was not widely available and even though it was licensed, there were still no long-term “safety” studies.)

And then — likely due to the absolutely disastrous fallout from the relentless requirement to be jabbed — less than 15 months later (while the military was suffering from low retention rates, low morale and low recruitment numbers) the DOD finally rescinded the order in January 2023.

But get this:

The military also invited back the discharged service members!

And guess how many took up the DOD on its offer?

Uh… about 43. Yep, you read that right! Only 43 out of 8000 discharged service members returned to duty.

Now here’s what I want to underline — and please listen up if YOU are or expect to be subjected to the same illegal measures: the DOD said it could not accommodate exemptions to the jab because it would be a “hardship.” on military readiness and their mission.

Hmm… let me get this straight: keeping well-trained (pureblood) military members ready for deployment was a hardship — but discharging thousands of them was not? It was not a hardship to recruit, interview, select, hire and train brand-new soliders, marines and airmen?

You see, this is where these jab-happy tyrants have painted themselves into a corner: they fall back on the legal defense of “it’s a hardship!” to have unvaxxed people on the job while in fact, the results of their tyrannical requirements are CAUSING the hardship.

Per usual, the government has it all backwards.

You can use this same argument with your own employer: how is keeping me on the job a hardship, when you would have to in fact, advertise for my position, spend time and money recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring and training my replacement? Where is the real hardship here?

It certainly backfired on the military.

200 Service Members vow to Hold the DOD Responsible for the Vaxx Catastrophe

The 2024 accountability train just left the station and it’s first stop is the military industrial complex: “Over 200 Service Members, Veterans Pledge to Hold Military Leaders Accountable for Vaccine Mandate” — Epoch Times

Over 200 service members just penned an open letter calling for accountability. They're calling out the Department of Defense (DOD) for the mess that was their covid vaccine mandate. The Epoch Times reported the following on the so-called letter of Declaration of Military Accountability:

“The open letter, published on Jan. 1, is directed to the American people, but names specific senior military leaders who the signers claim enabled lawlessness and betrayed the Constitution.

The signatories state, “In the coming years, thousands within our network will run for Congress and seek appointments to executive branch offices, while those of us still serving on active duty will continue to put fulfilling our oaths ahead of striving for rank or position.

“For those who achieve the lawful authority to do so, we pledge to recall from retirement the military leaders who broke the law and will convene courts-martial for the crimes they committed.”

Okay, hands up if you are a former service member who got those jaw-dropping letters a few months back? You know, the ones that hit former service members with the bombshell news that, oops, the whole unvaccinated separation thing… Yeah, not so cool anymore. In fact, it’s turning out to actually be a hardship. Who woulda thought?

The military did this whole 'let's fix our mistake' routine, telling these former service members they can now 'correct' their records since the whole vaccine requirement scam has run its course.

The military basically said "Hey, remember when we trampled on your constitutional rights and kicked you out for your religious beliefs? Well, we kinda need you back now because, surprise, our military is weakening, and recruiting rates are in the dumps… I know we claimed we kicked you out because it would be a hardship or because your ‘pure blood’ status would be a direct threat to the health and safety of others, but we honestly we just made that up. So, here's the deal: it's on you to fix our mistakes, this is not an apology nor a thank you for your service, but hey, just know the door is open for you to rejoin at any time."

Here is the November 2023 letter from the DOD begging — oops — I mean asking those who were involuntarily separated to (PLEASE!) come back and get their military records “corrected”:

I mean, really? Talk about adding insult to injury…

And now, about 231 service members are moving forward with an action plan for 2024 and beyond.

Let me state from the offset that I am a proponent of taking action. Far too many people sit around complaining and never do anything about it. So I commend the authentic and sincere actions of authentic and sincere freedom fighters who are turning their frustration into action.

But let me also state that sometimes what looks good on the surface bears deeper digging.

Remember some years ago when the “Great Barrington Declaration” was making the rounds? This is a document that was signed by dozens of scientists and medical experts — and wow, did I have thousands of people emailing me links asking me to sign my name to it as well and to forward, forward, forward to all of my followers.

But I guess I was the only person who ever read the dang thang.

Because in the few simple paragraphs of this declaration, several statements rubbed me the wrong way and were in fact in direct opposition to many of those who stand for not just medical freedom, but FREEDOM.

This Great Barrington Declaration stated (I’m paraphrasing, you can read it all here) that:

(1) It was too bad that so many children missed out on their childhood vaccines because of the shutdowns;

(2) We should not remain locked down until a vaccine is in place;

(3) The elderly and those at risk are the ones that should be isolated; and

(4) You should stay outside when visiting the elderly;

(5) Retired people should remain at home and have essentials delivered; and

(6) It’s important to balance risks and benefits to reach “herd immunity”; and

(7) People not at risk should be allowed to resume normal life

Ugh! I did not see anything remotely related to personal freedom and individual choice.

But I do understand that people were desperate for any sign of someone in authority to call out the tyrants and oppressors.

The thing is, this declaration was simply a softer peddling of those same oppressions.

So when it comes to declarations, open letters and even lawsuits, I normally side on skepticism until I see how things play out.

You know and I know that the “evil-dewers” want more control and more power. Our current political and societal systems are under blatant attack, and this seems intentionally designed to make way for whatever is next on the agenda. The current corruption is coming to a head, but I like to consider the possibility that the evil-dewers are always several steps ahead of the masses.

Remember the “apology tour” that several prominent media, government and academic members have been on over the last several months, basically begging forgiveness for their heinous crimes because, well… “we didn’t know better.”

Well, I knew better — and so did you. You knew this was hog-washing at the highest levels, designed to destroy small businesses, wreck the medical system, obliterate the robust economy and massively oppress We the People with their psychological terror and incessant “flu-mongering.”

Vowing to Court Martial Military Leaders for Medical Crimes

Those who penned the “Declaration of Military Accountability” state that they are on a mission to patch up confidence and restore trust in the government and military:

“We intend to rebuild trust and restore the rule of law, particularly within the Armed Forces. Ultimately, we strive to once again become a moral people, restoring our nation, and making it again worthy of the great gift of liberty won by the colonial-era American people.”

And here’s their plan of action:

“In the coming years, thousands within our network will run for Congress and seek appointments to executive branch offices, while those of us still serving on active duty will continue to put fulfilling our oaths ahead of striving for rank or position. For those who achieve the lawful authority to do so, we pledge to recall from retirement the military leaders who broke the law and will convene courts-martial for the crimes they committed. For those of us who attain legislative offices, we pledge to introduce legislation to remove all retirement income for the military leaders who were criminally complicit, and we will ensure none serve in or retire from the Senior Executive Service.”

As they mentioned, this is a long-term plan. You know how it goes with lawsuits (and most long-term endeavors) – the buzz, the attention, and the support tend to dwindle over time — it’s rare the public can commit the same energy and razor-sharp focus to exposing the serpents and holding them accountable that a lot of these actions require. And the evildoers are banking on this: in fact, delay tactics are one of their favorite tools. That's when the bait-and-switch maneuvers become a real threat.

Aside from the typo in the last comment, these are great questions to be asking.

I do commend those who are taking this action because it IS important to hold those responsible, but its success depends keeping the momentum and applying consistent pressure. Squeaky wheels get a lot done and we need to start with repealing a lot of these terrible laws that enable this blatant tyranny and corruption. We've got a long road ahead, and it's a full-time job to stay vigilant and on top of these important issues.
