The exemption process is simple and straightforward, although not necessarily easy. Many of you may be working for criminals who don’t care about the law or maybe HR is just ignorant of the law. Whatever the case, I’m here to share about how to go about this and all the pitfalls to avoid.

Declining the flu shot should be as simple as saying, “I decline,” and asking where to sign. After all, they hired you as an employee, trusting you to be honest. So, why wouldn’t they trust your objection to becoming a human pin cushion?

One of my clients was told to sign a statement acknowledging a series of “facts” purportedly from the CDC. They’re asked to agree that influenza is a “serious disease” and that it results in thousands of deaths and hundreds of thousands of hospitalizations annually. It’s baffling that they demand this acknowledgment as a prerequisite for an exemption.

The form continues to suggest that even mild or nonexistent symptoms can pose serious risks to others, implying that you could be a “silent assassin” and that you are responsible for everyone else’s health.

The form also states that individuals infected with influenza can shed the virus for 24 hours before showing symptoms. Are you supposed to check that box and agree? So what do you do??

Here’s a suggestion: if you encounter any form that states, “I acknowledge that I am aware of the following facts,” scratch it out and write, “I acknowledge that I am aware of the following statements made by the CDC.”

I’ve also had clients receive irrelevant surveys with their exemption forms that included questions like:

What’s your age? Have you seen a primary care physician in the last year? Are you pregnant? Are you feeling moderately or severely ill today? Have you taken any medications in the last 24 hours? Have you ever had a life threatening allergic reaction to the shot? Or a reaction to latex, formaldehyde, or eggs? Are you currently on aspirin therapy? Do you have difficulty breathing? Do you have any chronic illnesses?

If these products are “safe” then why are they asking whether or not you are currently sick or have any chronic illnesses? The conclusion i’m drawing from the survey is that the product is not safe because of all the contraindications. Just sayin…

I’ve also seen employer forms with the following statements and the option to check yes or no:

-I’m concerned about the side effects and/or safety.

-I do not believe in the shots for religious or philosophical reasons.

-I believe the flu shot gives the person the flu.

-I don’t believe the shot prevents the flu.

-I have a fear of injections. I don’t like needles.

I always remind people to answer honestly—maybe you are concerned about the side effects BUT it’s not the reason for your declination. If you are declining solely based on your religious (ethical or moral) beliefs then that is the focus. Always bring the conversation back to that.

And just because a form gives you a simple “yes/no” box doesn’t mean you’re trapped inside it. You can always write in a response or add clarification. What is important is that you respond. I’ve seen people refuse to fill out the forms at all, and they end up rejected on a technicality. Don’t let that happen to you.

It’s also important not to trap yourself in a box by claiming you object because of fetal cells or specific ingredients. Trust me—if you go down that road, they’ll come back with a version that doesn’t contain that ingredient “just for you,” and then you’re stuck. Keep the focus on your beliefs, not a single ingredient they can try to work around.

There are so many more—honestly outrageous—questions employers have asked that I can’t cover them all in one video. We’ve supported clients from major companies—Google, Facebook, and even pharma companies like Pfizer and AstraZeneca—who simply needed someone in their corner while they stood up for their rights. We know all the red flags, employer traps, and pitfalls to avoid.

It’s important to remember that you don’t need to belong to any specific religion to file a religious exemption; it can be based on your own sincerely held beliefs, which may stem from your ethics or morals. We’ve even assisted atheists in obtaining exemptions. If you’re a person of faith, this can be a great opportunity to share that with your employer and witness to other employees.

Did you hear the news? Vaccine exemptions are under attack by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

The AAP wants to eliminate1 all non-medical vaccine exemptions for children in schools and child care. That includes religious, personal, and philosophical exemptions. They want only tightly controlled medical exemptions.

Friends, this organization has no authority. It has no authority to eliminate exemptions. It has no authority to grant exemptions. It has no authority to require vaccines. This substack is going to be a lengthy one so buckle up.

Who is the AAP and Why Their Statement Doesn't Matter

The AAP is just a professional association that doctors pay to belong to. It's not an official United States government department. It just has the name "American Academy of Pediatrics." So, don't be swayed by this name. It's kind of like a bait and switch. People are going to see the headline. They're going to see the word "American" and they're going to think, "Oh, the United States government is getting rid of these religious exemptions."

The truth is that the AAP has no legal authority to do anything of the sort.

The American Academy of Pediatrics is nothing more than a private, membership-based professional organization. That means doctors pay to belong to it. There are about 67,000 pediatricians in the U.S., and the AAP group acts as a lobbying arm for them. According to OpenSecrets, they spend nearly a million dollars per year lobbying for their members.

AAP’s corporate sponsors are Moderna, Merck, Sanofi, Abbott Laboratories, GSK, CSL Seqirus—all vaccine manufacturers. So of course they want more shots in arms. They have a vested interest.

This is nothing but hot air designed to sway public perception and scare people into compliance because we’re seeing other headlines—like the one I covered yesterday—about potentially moving toward removing the vaccine liability shield from Big Pharma. And sadly, it might work on a lot of parents who don’t know their rights.

And you and I know that many of these doctors who belong to the AAP are bankrolled by Big Pharma.

Think about all the parents who are sitting on the fence and now they see the headlines and think, “Well, the American Academy of Pediatrics said...”

That’s what we want to guard against, friends.

It’s a nothing burger. They have no authority. Zero.

Why Religious Freedom is SO Important

Before I break down your rights and explain why religious exemptions matter—let’s start with something even more important: understanding why we must protect our freedoms, especially freedom of religion.

And this isn’t just about belief in God. It applies whether you believe in one God, many gods, or no god at all.

Because religious freedom is the foundation of all other freedoms.

If you can’t think for yourself, speak your convictions, or live according to your conscience—then you’re not truly free. Period.

That’s why the very first amendment to the United States Constitution protects this right:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...”

Friends, in this country we have the right to believe—which means to think what we want. And guess what? Beliefs are not facts.

You can believe in something. You can believe in nothing. You can follow a traditional religion, or you can follow the convictions of your heart and God-given conscience alone.

I don’t even like to use the word religion sometimes, because people think it has to come from a church, a priest, a pastor, a doctrine, or a book. No. The law protects your beliefs—religious, spiritual, ethical, or moral.

So those employers and schools demanding a letter from a Pastor or church to support your beliefs? Totally out of bounds. Beyond the scope of the law. That’s just it—it’s YOUR beliefs. And yours alone. No one knows what is between you and God and in your soul. No man, no employer has the right to judge that. Period.

So these protections follow you into your home, your school, your workplace, and your daily life. Your right to speak, think, and believe the way you want is protected by the supreme law of the land: The Constitution.

But apparently, that wasn't enough.

Because in 1964, Congress passed the Civil Rights Act—and that’s when these protections were spelled out even more clearly. Why? Because black students weren’t being allowed into white schools. Because people were being refused jobs or housing or equal access to society based on race, color, and religion.

So the Civil Rights Act laid it all out. It said:

• You have the right to vote without discrimination.

• The right to work, or even apply for a job, without discrimination.

• The right to go to school—any school, including training programs—without discrimination.

• And the right to operate in society without being punished because of your age, religion, race, or ethnicity.

Let me say it loud and clear:

If a parent is told that their child can’t attend school because they object to a shot on religious grounds—that is illegal.
It violates the First Amendment.
It violates Title IV of the Civil Rights Act.2
It violates the most basic principles of ethics and freedom.

And it’s happening anyway. That’s why we must stand firm.

So, only California, Connecticut, Maine, New York, and West Virginia don’t “allow” these religious exemptions specifically in K-12 schools. But that’s such a big deception. They do. It’s required by law.

Now, they may hem and haw. They may refuse. You may have to sue them. They have laws that are illegal.

Let’s make one thing very clear: you have the right to a religious exemption. You already are exempt. You’re not asking for permission. The process is all about negotiating a reasonable accommodation with your employer or school.

In simple terms, you’re the one who informs your employer or school and they are legally obligated to work with you to find a solution (an accommodation) that doesn’t conflict with, compromise, or cause you to abandon your beliefs. This applies to anyone regardless of whether you belong to a traditional religion, or whether or not your beliefs match what your priest, pastor, or rabbi believes.

It’s your individual right to believe and hold those beliefs and objections, and it does not have to be approved by anyone.

No one knows what is between you and God and in your soul. No man, no employer has the right to judge that. Period.

I’m not interpreting this out of thin air, friends. I’ve extensively studied these laws. For employees, the EEOC has an entire compliance manual on religious discrimination that is available for you to learn from.3

There are still educational institutions to this day that are telling students, “Oh, you know what? No, no, I’m sorry. You can have an exemption for all of the vaccines except for meningitis. That one you have to have.”

This is an actual case I’m working on right now. Uh, excuse me? That’s like an employer telling the employee, ‘You have to sleep with me.’

And the employee says, “No, I’m not going to sleep with you.” That’s illegal. That’s sexual harassment.

“Well, then you just have to take your top off.”

That is basically what the schools are saying, okay?

I want you to understand me—that’s not a reasonable accommodation.

That’s like telling a Jewish person, “Well, I guess you don’t have to eat the ham sandwich, but you do have to eat the bacon bits.”

That’s what they’re telling this student: “You don’t have to be vaccinated with everything else—except for meningitis. Now, your religious exemption covers all those other shots—but not this one.”

Well, I worship God through prayer and by keeping my body pure. And through prayer, God told me not to participate in government-inflicted vaccines.

So now you’re going to come between me and God?

Yeah, I don’t think so.

So this is why it’s so important, friends. These laws are holding on by a hair—a shred.

And I want to come in with my sewing needle and stitch them up. And I need you to help me as well—by understanding and sharing this message, and supporting others who are standing up for their rights.

Whether or not you are a person of faith—certainly, you don’t want to live in a country where you don’t have the right to think and believe in what you want to think about and believe in, do you?

That would be bizarre. That’s the actual antithesis of our constitutional republic—(remember, the USA is not a democracy).

A democracy doesn’t have the guardrails of a Constitution. And that’s why I speak out about this again and again and again.

And I’m glad to see that my message is getting out. Bob, for one, has toned down his rhetoric about “saving democracy.”

Then they came up with “restore the republic,” because I—among others—pointed out that we know that “democracy” is like a code word for socialism. We don’t want that in this country.

We want freedom.

So restoring freedom, fighting for freedom, defending freedom—that’s what I stand for.

Your Legal Rights: Religious Exemptions & the Law

Some people say, “Peggy, I don’t need no stinking exemption. The government has no right to tell me what to do with my body, period.”

You're absolutely right. I agree with you. And you’re not wrong.

But here's the thing—do you want to do it the hard way or the legal way?

Because there’s an escape hatch, which is called the First Amendment to the Constitution, and also in the case of your employer, Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act, and Title IV for students.

And many of your states mimic the federal civil rights act with their own state civil rights laws.

There is nothing in any of those laws that says:

“Except for states that don’t allow it.” “Except for employers who don’t believe you.” “Except for woke school boards with no legal training.”

Nope. It was written for times like this.

So it’s time to invoke your rights.

You have an opportunity to educate your employer. You have a chance to educate your school.

The law is on your side. Heck, even when the law is on your side, employees and students are still being fired, expelled, harassed, and denied their rights. That’s why there are multiple lawsuits happening right now—many of them being won.

We’re talking millions of dollars in damages.

How to Invoke Your Exemption

Step 1: Make a simple statement.

"I am exempt from this policy based on my sincerely held religious belief, observance, and practice."

Step 2: Add clarity if needed. For example:

"I worship God through prayer and by keeping my body pure. Through prayer, God has told me not to participate in this."

That’s it. Less is more.

As I mentioned previously, you are not required to belong to any organized, traditional religion.

If they deny your exemption and accommodation request multiple times, you’re no longer asking. You’re putting them on notice.

You begin sending notices of discrimination. Because every woke school and wokeplace has a statement on file that says:

“We have zero tolerance for discrimination.”

Oh—except for people of faith?

So you call them on it.

What to Demand in Writing

If they say there’s a “vaccine exemption committee” or something of that nature here’s what you say:

“I want the names of everyone on this committee. I want to know who appointed them, what their roles and titles are, and what training they have in Title VII or Title IV non-discrimination law.”

Then the big one:

“I want a religious statement from each member of this committee.”

Why? Because you need to make sure you’re not being discriminated against.

Maybe you’re a Christian and the whole board is atheist. Or you’re Jewish and the committee is made up of people who don’t respect your belief system. That matters. Wouldn’t that be important to you?

I would want to know. Not that there’s anything wrong with any of those faiths—I’m just using an example of how discrimination could creep in. Hopefully not.

But you need to turn the tables on the discriminators and say:
"You’re asking me to tell you my deepest, most intimate soul connection with God—my faith. I can barely describe it because it’s indescribable. And you’re going to rule on whether or not that’s valid? Well, I want to see your descriptions of faith."

I think that’s just brilliant.

And guess what? Every time I’ve recommended people ask these questions—those committees fold. They don’t respond. They just grant the accommodation.

Because the truth is you’re already exempt. And your employer or educational institution is legally obligated to accommodate your beliefs.

Discrimination in Schools: Medical & 'Non-Medical' Exemptions

There are lawsuits in California right now challenging the absolute illegality—yes, I’m going to say it—the “ridiculosity” of letting kids attend school with medical exemptions, but not with religious ones.

Oh, because the so-called cooties—or virus—only knows if you’re exempt for medical reasons?

People have lost jobs, income, careers, and even lives over this hogwash.

And yes, I’ve helped thousands of people keep their jobs, their health, and their dignity by not capitulating.

You could be fired at any time. Your job is far less important than your life—and your soul!

If I were an attorney, here’s what I’d say in court:

“Your Honor, these 12 students in fifth grade all have medical exemptions and are allowed to attend. But my client—whose exemption is based on a sincerely held religious belief—isn’t? That’s discrimination. It violates state and federal law.”

Now, the silver lining is that parents have taken their children out of school—to the tune of about a million fewer students in California public schools, which I think is a step in the right direction.

However, I’m not going to ignore the fact that this discrimination is taking place.

Let’s use logic, shall we?

“Um…Your Honor, if the vaccinated children are protected, then why are you worried about my unvaccinated client? You’re telling me that the unvaccinated, medically exempt students don’t pose a threat, but my unvaccinated client does because of the reason behind his unvaccinated status?

“Do the vaccines work or don’t they? What’s the purpose of a vaccine?”

Oh, to protect from illness? I see. Uh-huh.

Q. And do they work?
A. Well—they work. They don’t… They...
Q. Well, do they work or don’t they work?

Because if vaccines “work”—and I know this is really hard logic to follow—if they work, then the other students and teachers are protected.

Or did I miss something?

Oh—let me get this straight. You’re telling me they don’t always work?

So you want my clients to be injected with a product that doesn’t work in order to protect the other children who were injected with a product that also doesn’t work.

Makes sense.

This has been my life since 2020, friends.

First starting with the suffocation devices—the same exact scenario. And then when it came to the nasal “test” assaults—same scenario.

Apply the same logic. I mean, none of it makes sense.

So anyway, friends, on that little humorous note, I just wanted to let you know: don’t worry about the headlines from the AAP.

These things are put out there as a last-ditch effort, because more and more people are waking up to these harms.

And I know I’m kind of skating on thin ice here, but I feel emboldened to really speak out about this because I don’t want anyone to miss out on understanding not only the harms but your legally protected right of no consent.

You simply have a right to keep your body pure. You have a right to observe and practice and believe without interference from the government, your employer, or your child’s school. Period.

And that is worth fighting for.

I also want to set the record straight on my stance regarding spay and neuter, microchipping, and rabies exemptions.

All of this is related to keeping your pets safe and healthy — without government intrusion.

I, personally, want to live a healthy life—fully and freely. This means I do not want the government to impose medical interventions on me or my animals.

You are the one who should decide what medical procedures are appropriate for your animal, in consultation with a trusted, holistic veterinarian—not your county, not the shelter, not the state, and certainly not a government bureaucrat who’s never met your pet.

I’ve been involved in animal rescue since I was 16 years old. I’ve seen all sides of this issue. And while I understand there are different viewpoints, what I cannot agree with is a one-size-fits-all policy that strips you of your ability to think, discern, and decide for yourself and your animals.

Spay & Neuter

I am not against spay and neuter. However, I don’t believe spay and neuter should be approached as a one-size-fits-all procedure. I am against mandatory, premature, and medically irresponsible procedures.

Some people have twisted my words to mean I’m completely against spay and neuter. I don’t think it was done on purpose—I think they just didn’t take in the full message.

I'm against spay and neuter when it puts the animals lives at risk. For example, when an animal is ill, elderly, or not at risk of becoming pregnant or impregnating another animal. I know far too many tragic stories of animals not making it through the procedure because they were too sick or ill to go through it.

Also, I'm against spay and neuter when it's done on weeks old animals. More and more information is coming out that the hormones are necessary for these animals development, so delaying spay and neuter after a year or two is much better, if it has to be done at all.

Microchipping

This is not a one-size-fits-all solution either. Some counties now microchip animals before they’ll let you adopt them. You might be in favor of that. That’s your decision. But I’m not.

I've heard too many stories of animals who were microchipped but still never returned after being lost or stolen. It's not a foolproof system. And unlike a collar tag or GPS tracker, this is something injected into their body.

Again: Your animal. Your choice. But it should never be a requirement imposed by the government, and it’s not the only way to be a “responsible” pet owner.

Retractable Leashes

Let me get on my soapbox for a moment.

I do not recommend retractable leashes. Period.

They cause injuries—trachea damage, broken bones, neck trauma. I’ve seen it. Your dog doesn't need 20 feet of slack to sniff around. A standard 6-foot leash keeps them close and safe, and keeps you in control.

Dog Parks

Here’s something else I don’t do: I don’t take my animals to dog parks.

Why? It’s a recipe for disaster. You don’t know what those other animals have been exposed to, or how they’re going to behave. Your dog doesn’t need a circle of random “dog friends.” They need you. You're their pack.

If you want them to have a playmate then set up a playdate with a trusted friend’s pet. Don’t throw them into the unknown and hope for the best.

Kibble

Last but not least, I don't feed my animals dry food.

Why? Because it led to urinary tract issues and kidney stones in cats I had when I was younger. Dry food lacks the moisture their little systems need. I feed them wet food with added water and they thrive.

If you feed kibble, at least alternate it with wet food or add liquid to it.

Rabies Vaccines

I’ve touched on this topic several times previously. No, I don’t believe in a “rabies virus.” It’s about as believable as the cooties virus. I think the symptoms mimic many other conditions such as poisoning, starvation, and parasites. If you want to dive into my stance on this, please read my substack here:

This is about more than just pets.

Mandatory vaccines, embedded tracking chips, forced sterilization—sound familiar? If we roll over for every requirement “for our pet’s healthy and safety,” what precedent are we setting?

When we normalize neutering, microchipping, and vaccinating animals without thinking it through, without considering each situation individually—we open the door to accepting those same requirements for children… and eventually, for everyone.

That’s the deeper concern.

Conditioning people to accept medical procedures as a default for their pets can desensitize them to questioning it for themselves or their children. It trains us to comply, to hand over authority, and to stop asking questions.

I’ve seen media try to plant the seed for microchipping children "for safety." You may be in favor of that. I’m not.

This is why I speak out to defend your right of no consent.

Imagine now that you have to show your REAL ID — a physical and digital national ID card that stores your biometrics: your face mapping, iris pattern and fingerprint. Who knows, maybe even one day it will store your medical records, including your blood type and vaccination status.

Of course we know that this is NOT for our “safety” “security”and “convenience” as the government narrative goes…

The government’s job is not to keep us SAFE but to keep us FREE

Many people are rightly so flabbergasted that the American government is turning gestapo on its own people.

And many people want to avoid getting even one tip-toe into this digital prison that could be used as a way to ration, restrict and restrain law-abiding individuals just because they are not stepping in line with the status quo.

In other words, this is the stepping stone to the technocratic governance, social credit scoring and digital prison so many of us are dreading.

Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland security (yet another unConstitutional department) deceives the American people with her widely-broadcast message that “You won’t be able to fly or enter federal buildings without a Real ID.”

Well, Kristi, looks like you are deceiving us on yet another issue.

The truth is you can fly without a Real ID. You can use a passport, or about a dozen other identification cards. The DHS says so on its website here: Alternative forms of ID:

Really, Kristi, you don’t even know what your own department’s rules and regulations are? The following information is quoted directly from Citizens Council for Health Freedom:

HOW to AVOID REAL ID

1. Don’t get one

2. If you have one, change it back to a state ID. Just go to your state’s DMV and tell them you want a regular driver’s license — without the star in the corner

   (This is important because we want the number of people WITHOUT the Real ID to INCREASE to demonstrate that we are rejecting this intrusion into our privacy and freedom and rights.)

3. Get a passport instead

4. Use other forms of ID

5. Get the word out to others

6. Tell your representatives you do not want it — go to RefuseRealID.org

7. Do NOT comply with the TSA facial scans at the airport — just say “No thank you, please check my ID yourself.”

What is a REAL ID

• REAL ID is an unconstitutional National ID that will end state and personal sovereignty (CCHF Public Comment).

• Fully imposed, it will be digitized, potentially put on your phone, made real-time and remotely accessible, and used to track and control movement, purchases, and transactions (AAMVA Testimony).

• REAL ID could become a Chinese-like social credit system, linked to a global ID.

• The expanding use of biometric and digital ID systems are potential threats to medical privacy, patient autonomy, and individual freedom. REAL ID opens the door to tracking, profiling, and control over your medical choices and daily life.

• Don’t buy the lie. You can still fly – without REAL ID.

• Indeed you may be able to fly without any ID, according to Gilmore vs. Gonzalez. Processes are in place today if you lose your ID, including questions you need to answer (i.e. What was the color of your first car?) and a search.

• TAKE ACTION: Ask Congress to: 1. Require TSA to withdraw the “progressive enforcement” rule and 2. Repeal the law.

This Has Been in the Works for Decades

In 2005, Congress passed an unconstitutional law requiring all American citizens to be issued a “National Identification card” (U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander’s words on the Senate floor) – a REAL ID. In 2008, the Department of Homeland Security issued a rule requiring all states to conform to the unconstitutional federal law and issue REAL IDs for driver’s licenses and identification cards.

More than half of the states REFUSED this usurpation of states’ rights—25 states passed laws prohibiting compliance and 12 states passed resolutions opposing REAL ID. Federal deadline after deadline passed with little state compliance. In 2016, President Obama issued the “You can’t fly” lie. In 2017, U.S. Senator Rand Paul sponsored a bill to repeal REAL ID, but it did not advance (Senator Paul is now the chair of the U.S. Senate’s Homeland Security committee).

The news media parroted the “you can’t fly” lie, and Americans began pressuring state legislators to comply. By 2018, most states were in compliance with the federal rule, but a majority of cards were not.

Today 44 percent of all IDs and driver’s licenses are not in compliance. For the sake of protecting our constitutional rights and freedoms, we need to increase that number. People with REAL IDs should switch to a standard ID or DL in the 45 states that do not require you to have a REAL ID.

Under the U.S. Constitution, no one is required to submit to REAL ID, or any National ID system.

STATES that ALREADY HAVE DIGITAL IDs

• Arizona: The first state to launch digital IDs in Apple Wallet.

• California: Pilot program, not integrated with Apple Wallet.

• Colorado: Supports digital IDs in Apple Wallet.

• Georgia: Supports digital IDs in Apple Wallet.

• Maryland: Supports digital IDs in Apple Wallet.

• Ohio: Supports digital IDs in Apple Wallet.

• Hawaii: Supports digital IDs in Apple Wallet.

• Mississippi: Supports digital IDs in Apple Wallet.

• Delaware: Offers mobile driver's licenses.

• Iowa: Offers mobile driver's licenses.

• Louisiana: Offers mobile driver's licenses and is supported by TSA checkpoints.

• Missouri: Offers mobile driver's licenses.

• New York: Offers mobile driver's licenses.

• Utah: Offers mobile driver's licenses.

• Puerto Rico: Offers mobile driver's licenses.

Difference Between Real ID and PASSPORTS

Some will say that the Real ID is no big deal because it’s no different than a passport. Here is how a passport is different than a Real ID:

• Passports are issued by the federal government; Drivers’ Licenses are issued by the States

• Passports are required for travel to foreign countries; the Real ID would be used to travel within your own state or interstate travel

WHY REAL ID Creates a DIGITAL PRISON

This is more than just an RFID chip in your driver’s license. The Real ID is going to be digitize your biometrics will be stored digitally. That means your face, your purchases, your activities will all be tracked by the federal government.

We are being LIED to: — being told that this will keep us safer. Just like taking away guns from law abiding citizens keeps you safer.

If. you keep following this line of thinking, then being handcuffed to your airplane seat will keep you safer — and being locked in your house will keep everyone safer.

The Bible warns us clearly, in 1 Thessalonians 5:3 “While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly.”

On that note, the news has been buzzing about the bizarre assassination of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO. United Healthcare doesn’t have the best track record when it comes to ethics and morals, and as someone who’s spent years teaching others about their rights—especially standing up against corporate discrimination—UnitedHealthcare has been one of the worst offenders of the hogwash.

I know many of you have been tangled up with these major corporations, dealing with frustration, denied coverage, and seeing only a small percentage of your claims being covered. You deserve better. So, I wanted to re-share all of the information and experiences I’ve had over the years.

In my video linked below, I share my personal story of using non-health insurance—a Christian health share program called Samaritan Ministries. I’ve been with them for well over a decade, ever since the so-called Affordable Care Act made my healthcare anything but affordable. I had no choice but to find another way, and I haven’t looked back since.

Each month you send a financial gift to help another member with a medical need, this is your monthly share. The amount you send is based on the membership program you select and the number of participants from your household.

I hear from so many people in the medical profession who feel like they’ve become human pin cushions, forced to accept numerous vaccinations. While many were able to dodge the COVID bullet with my assistance, they’re now looking for help to opt-out of the flu shot as well.

The exemption process is simple and straightforward, although not necessarily easy. Many of you may be working for criminals who don’t care about the law or maybe HR is just ignorant of the law. Whatever the case, I’m here to share how to invoke your rights and also highlight some pitfalls to avoid.

Even if you don’t plan to get the shot, it’s important to be aware of various questions and statements they might ask you to agree with.

I consider myself lucky that my previous two jobs decided not to invite me back after 2020; instead, I've spent the last four years—heading into year five—dedicated to educating others about their rights. My husband and I have become quite the duo when it comes to helping people navigate religious exemptions and secure the reasonable accommodations that the law mandates.

Disclaimer: Just to clear the air—we’re not medical doctors and don’t provide medical exemptions. And no, we don’t sell exemptions either, despite any misconceptions floating around. We're simply advocates for your rights, here to encourage and coach you through these often stressful processes.

On the Healthy American website, you’ll find resources about religious exemptions and how I can assist you one-on-one, whether it’s for your employer, a college, nursing school, or immigration purposes. It’s crucial not to fall into the traps they set. We’ve had clients from various companies, including Google, Facebook, and even AstraZeneca, seeking our help to maintain their bodily autonomy and avoid becoming human pin cushions — and they were able to keep their jobs without receiving the jab!

It’s essential to know that you don’t need to belong to any specific religion to request an exemption; it can be based on your own sincerely held beliefs, which may stem from your ethics or morals. We’ve even assisted atheists in obtaining exemptions. If you’re a person of faith, this can be a great opportunity to share that with your employer; I’ve seen people invite HR managers to Bible studies or even their baptisms.

Declining the flu shot should be as simple as saying, “I decline,” and asking where to sign. After all, they hired you as an employee, trusting you to be honest. So, why wouldn’t they trust your objection to becoming a human pin cushion?

One of my clients was told to sign a statement acknowledging a series of “facts” purportedly from the CDC, which is quite curious. They’re asked to agree that influenza is a “serious disease” and that it results in thousands of deaths and hundreds of thousands of hospitalizations annually. It’s baffling that they demand this acknowledgment as a prerequisite for an exemption.

The form continues to suggest that even mild or nonexistent symptoms can pose serious risks to others, implying that you could be a “silent assassin.” It’s as if you’re responsible for everyone’s health in the workplace. This is a huge burden to carry.

The requirements become increasingly absurd, including needing to wear a mask continuously during flu season unless actively eating or drinking—because we know that germs only attack when you're standing.

The form also states that individuals infected with influenza can shed the virus for 24 hours before showing symptoms. Are you supposed to check that box and agree? So what do you do??

Here’s my suggestion: if you encounter a form that states, “I acknowledge that I am aware of the following facts,” scratch it out and write, “I acknowledge that I am aware of the following statements made by the CDC.” This subtle shift allows you to check the boxes without agreeing to the statements.

Now, I don’t know every detail—whether she tried to refuse, who forced her, or the full context—but I do know this: she claims she’d never been vaccinated before, and they supposedly told her these shots were necessary in order for her treatment or to receive care.

Here’s why I’m sharing this: I’m going to walk you through, step by step, how to prevent this from happening to you. You don’t need a drawn-out legal battle to fight medical bullies. What you need is to know your rights—and I’m here to show you how to advocate for them so you won’t be coerced into something you don’t want.

Let me be crystal clear: You do NOT have to consent to ANY medical treatment you don’t want—INCLUDING VACCINES and COVID TESTING. And you can’t (lawfully) be denied other treatment because of it.

I’ve been shouting this from the rooftops since 2020, with tons of educational videos and documents showing you how to stand up for your rights!

Let me know if you've been to the ER recently, and if you've been coerced, threatened, intimidated, or bullied into undergoing any medical treatment you didn’t consent to—whether it’s about being turned into a human pincushion or experiencing nasal assault.

Every state has laws establishing a Patient Bill of Rights, often based on the Affordable Care Act, which was established before it was reinforced by the Obama administration. These laws are in place to make sure hospitals follow certain rules in order to receive funding from Medicare, among other things.

Every hospital should have this information posted. In fact, here's the link for UCI Health, the hospital currently in the spotlight regarding the young woman I mentioned earlier: UCI Health Patients Rights

It even outlines their grievance process.

Here’s what you need to know:

1. You have a legally protected right to say NO to any medical treatment or procedure. Becoming a human pincushion (aka vaccination) is a medical treatment. It’s done by medical professionals in a medical setting using a medical product. Therefore, it requires your consent.

   Are we clear on that? I know some people will argue, "But Peggy, they're under duress, and we can’t just sue them." You don’t need a lawsuit. What you need is knowledge, and that's what I’m here to give you. Don’t make excuses; this situation is emotionally charged, but you need to stay rational.

2. You cannot be denied other medical care based on refusing the proposed care.
   For example, if you injure your leg and refuse surgery, they can’t deny you a cast or crutches just because you don’t want the surgery. If they want to give you a shot of morphine and you refuse, they still have to provide treatment.

3. Don’t argue with the nurse or doctor.
   You won’t get anywhere by arguing with the person holding the needle. Instead, ask to speak to the hospital administrator. This is the highest authority in the hospital.

Here’s exactly what you should do:

1. Demand to speak to the hospital administrator.
   Not the nurse, not the receptionist, not the guard at the door. Only the administrator has the authority to address your concerns.

2. If they refuse, say, "I need that in writing, that you are refusing me access to the person in charge of this medical facility." As soon as you ask for that in writing, they will almost certainly change their tune and give you access.

3. Once you’re speaking with the administrator, ask them to read the hospital's Patient Bill of Rights out loud. Hospitals are required to have it posted. If you have it on your phone or printed out, hand it to them and ask them to read it to you. Have them read the parts where it says you have a right to refuse treatment, to be treated with respect, and to receive care without harassment or coercion.

4. If you are REFUSED CARE, have them put IN WRITING the NAMES of those individuals REFUSING YOU MEDICAL TREATMENT.

If you're told you need to be vaccinated to receive medical care, you have a right to refuse without being bullied, harassed, or intimidated. Many medical professionals are ignorant of these rights, so you need to educate them.

If they try to push a nasal swab test on you, remember: The nasal swab is a medical experiment. It has never been licensed or approved by the FDA. It’s only authorized for emergency use, meaning it’s an experiment. You can refuse it based on that, or based on your religious or moral beliefs.

I’ve had thousands of people successfully follow this advice. You are legally protected from being forced into medical experiments or treatments you don’t consent to.

You have the right to refuse any proposed medical treatment. If they still try to deny you treatment, request the names of the individuals responsible, and ask them to provide a written statement that they are refusing you care. Trust me—they’ll change their approach.

SAVE, SHARE, AND PRINT THIS INFORMATION!

Filing Complaints (if applicable):

1. File a grievance with the insurance company and your state agency that licenses insurance companies

2. File a formal discrimination complaint with your state civil rights agency

3. File formal claim against the doctor with the medical license board of your state (because the doctor is in violation of their oath to do no harm)

   If you are in a hospital you can also:

4. File a formal grievance with the hospital grievance department

5. File a complaint with your state board that licenses hospitals

Top Recommendation:

Do your best to plan ahead. Contact all the urgent care centers and hospitals in your area to get those accommodations in writing in the unfortunate event that you wind up there.

In the emergency situation, it is illegal for medical care to be withheld from you.

Advanced planning is especially important for doctors offices. Call in advance and get those accommodations from the highest authority, not the receptionist at the front desk.

Recently, I've been hearing from California parents seeking help to navigate the University of California's vaccination requirements for their college-bound children. I've discussed this before, but with a new document released in 2024, it's time to revisit the topic.

I’ll break down this process for you, simplify it, clarify it, and share the pitfalls to avoid—whether or not you live in California or have a child heading to college, this information could be relevant to you. This kind of hogwash is likely to be imposed on us again, so it's crucial to understand how to advocate for your rights.

After retiring from the UC system, I taught at community colleges. I loved teaching ESL, especially to students who were working hard to improve their lives. Many of them were juggling multiple jobs while attending night classes, driven by a desire to give their children a better future. Then, everything shut down in California, drying up those classes. I was asked to teach online, which I did for one semester, but then, suddenly, I stopped receiving contracts. I was a contract employee, and although I wasn’t officially fired, I believe the efforts to get me fired by some in Orange County played a role in this situation.

The college and university systems are incredibly liberal, and I remember telling my husband that if they ever required me to get vaccinated, that would be the final straw—I would walk away and never comply (this was long before the current madness).

I mention all of my background because I’ve been in the system, I know it well, and I want to share my insights to help parents who are concerned about their children going off to college, especially in California.

I recently received an email from a mom whose child is attending school in California, and she had concerns about religious exemptions for vaccines.

This mom was worried because, unlike the experimental cooties vaccines, many of the other vaccines have been around for years and are “FDA-approved.” She wondered if her son could claim a religious exemption, but she was unsure how to justify this stance for the regular vaccines, as they have been widely accepted and approved.

Here's the simple truth:

When it comes to religious beliefs, none of the FDA approvals, side effects, or ingredients matter.

What matters is that God has told you not to participate in these practices.

Your religious beliefs are protected under civil rights laws, and you have the right to object to anything that violates your religious, ethical, or moral beliefs.

For those who've previously participated in these vaccinations, you can still stand firm in your belief by stating that, after prayer and reflection, God has told you not to do it again. The focus should always be on your sincere, individual religious beliefs—nothing else matters. Avoid getting caught up in discussions about science or FDA approvals; those are not relevant to a religious exemption.

So, here's the issue: how do you present your beliefs?

This mom wrote in, already discussing science, medicine, and ingredients. But those aren't religious grounds. Now, back in the day, I might have said objecting based on ingredients was a sure win. If you and your beliefs say you can’t engage with anything tied to abortion, it's a slam dunk.

But what do you do when they say, “Oh no, these weren’t derived from aborted cells,” and they’ve got a pill, a patch, and a spray? None of these are injected—what now?

Well, I’ve got the answer, and it’s simple.

What you need to do is pray.

Pray for God to guide your conscience, spirit, and soul. I believe God has used this situation to deepen people’s faith because many didn’t know how to express their objections. They knew they didn’t want to do it, and that belief, stemming from their God-given conscience, is the Holy Spirit telling them not to participate. That right is protected, even in California.

When it comes to K-12 schools, some folks do get religious exemptions, but the ignorance in California makes it tough to fight back. My question is, why fight so hard to put your child in a system that feels like a prison when you could use that energy to create superior learning alternatives?

And for college? It’s not the be-all and end-all, but you have the right to attend if you want to. You shouldn’t be denied that right based on your religious beliefs—those are civil rights.

It’s not about being vaccinated or unvaccinated; it’s about God telling you not to do it, and you have the right to follow that.

Don’t let the conversation drift into FDA approvals or safety. None of that matters. What matters is God told you not to do it, period.

The actual slam dunk? God objects to this practice. Take it up with Him.

You don’t have to prove it’s harmful, safe, effective, or ineffective. For those who’ve been a human pincushion in the past, it’s acceptable to simply state: you’ve prayed about it, and God told you to stop. That’s your answer.

FDA approval? Irrelevant. What’s in it? Doesn’t matter. What matters is you prayed, and God said no.

Other people don’t need to understand your beliefs or even agree with them.

It should be as simple as checking a box. You shouldn’t need to provide paperwork, affidavits, or church doctrine. The church isn’t applying for the exemption—the individual is. The law states it’s your individual, sincerely held religious belief. It doesn’t need to be consistent, logical, or agreeable to anyone.

The pitfalls? Veering off into science, FDA approval, or side effects—none of that relates to a religious belief. You can get a medical exemption if you want. Let me show you what the University of California says as of 2024:

This is from the University of California, 2024: “…exceptions may be premised on a medical exemption, disability, and/or religious objection.”

Case closed—it’s right there in black and white.

You have the right to a religious exemption, and I just told you how to get it.

Notice they don’t call it an exemption—they call it an exception. This is a topic for another day, but in short: The issue with the terms "exception" vs. "exemption" is that they imply different things. An "exemption" means you are not subject to a requirement at all, like being in a wheelchair exempts you from taking the stairs. An "exception," on the other hand, implies the rule still applies, but you’re being allowed not to follow it this time. While the end result might be the same—you don’t have to get jabbed—the language used matters, especially since the law specifically uses "exemption," which is more protective of individual rights.

Interestingly, these requirements aren’t applied to the staff—just students. How does that keep everyone “safe?” 😂

Students get the full pincushion treatment—Hepatitis B, HPV, measles, mumps, rubella, meningitis, tetanus, pertussis, chickenpox, and the flu. If that’s not a human dartboard lineup, I’m not sure what is. When I was teaching, staff didn’t have to roll up their sleeves, and guess what? They still don’t. How’s that for equity and inclusion?

Think about K-12 schools where they removed the personal or religious objection, which is illegal. People are still fighting it. But think about it: if someone gets a medical exemption, how does that make sense? Does the disease know the difference between a medical and religious exemption? The logic isn’t there, and it never will be.

And remember, you are not ASKING for anything, you are INFORMING them of your status, just like you would INFORM your employer if your car broke down and you couldn't come to work. You are EDUCATING them on your rights.

I’m grateful for this mom and her desire to keep her son safe, and I’m grateful the son wants to follow God’s will for his life.

If you’ve already had certain jabs, all you say is, “I did it in the past, but going forward, I’m not participating because God objects.” You don’t need to prove anything—FDA, safety, none of it matters. These are sincerely held religious beliefs protected by law.

There are also autoimmune diseases—Gee, how many people do you know who suffer from autoimmune diseases? Who knows where they came from? Could it have been from these shots?

Friends, I want to share some resources that have been a beacon of light during this profound period of grief following the passing of my dear Elsie and Teddy. For those who have been with me on this journey, you know the story of my 19-year-old cat Elsie, whom I adopted in New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. She was just a few weeks old, alongside her little sister Itty Bitty, who sadly passed away a couple of years ago. Elsie's 19 years were a precious gift for which I am deeply grateful.

I have often said, and will continue to say, that some broken hearts are only mended in Heaven. I don't foresee my heart healing in the way it once was, as these losses change you forever. While I will always strive to help others, I will never utter phrases like "get over it" or "time heals all wounds." Certain losses are not something one gets over. Instead, you learn to accept them, integrate them into your life, and find ways to cope.

One way I have been coping is through the solace found in the books many of you have sent. I would like to share these books as resources here for anyone else who is struggling with grief and loss. They have provided me with great comfort, and I hope they can do the same for you:

1. "When Your Pet Dies: A Guide to Mourning, Remembering, and Healing" by Alan Wolfelt

This one came from Patricia, a longtime supporter, and it's a very short book with opportunities to journal. I'm a huge fan of writing about your emotions, getting them out of your body and onto the page, and I find that extremely helpful in my own grief journey. Thank you so much for sending this, Patricia.

2. Here's a book by one of my supporters, Nancy Addison, called "For the Love of Willy: Overcoming Sadness After Losing a Beloved Pet”

It's a beautifully illustrated and simple book to read. If you have children, I think they would benefit from it as well. Nancy also sent me a beautiful card that says, "Praying that our Lord will surround you with His love, His joy, and His strength. Dearest Peggy, please accept my most heartfelt condolences and prayers. I hope my book can help. Love, Nancy."

Nancy, it is helping so much, and that's why I wanted to share it with everyone here, thank you.

3. "Heart Dog: Surviving the Loss of Your Canine Soulmate" by Roxanne Hawn

Many people refer to their special animals as their soul dog, soul cat, or heart dog, meaning they experienced a deeper bond, a more soul-to-soul connection, with certain animals. I understand that. I've had a couple of pets that I loved dearly, but some were even more intense in the relationship. This book has brought me a lot of tears and comfort, and tears are very healing.

4. "Only Gone From Your Sight" by Kate McGahan

It's a fanciful and imaginative book because it was written from a dog's perspective and if you think that would resonate with you, I recommend it.

5. "Coping with Sorrow on the Loss of Your Pet" by Moira Anderson Allen, M.Ed.

This book has been extremely powerful for me. I think some of these resources could be helpful even in the loss of a human relationship because of the different experiences you read about. There are many personal stories about how people felt after an intense or significant loss and how they figured out how to go on. The different types of activities, like writing about how your loved one came into your life and what the early years were like, could be helpful even if you have not experienced the loss of a beloved pet.

6. "And I Love You Still: A Thoughtful Guide and Remembrance Journal for Healing the Loss of a Pet" by Julianne Corbin, Ph.D.

I am currently working through "And I Love You Still," which has a lot of writing activities. Writing helps me, and I have filled up notebooks with memories, tears, anguish, and all the emotions that come up. This book helps you with ideas of what to write about. This may not be something you want to do right away unless you're comfortable picking up a pen and paper and putting those ideas and thoughts down. I recommend you visit this from time to time, especially if you are still hurting and grieving, whether over an animal or a human.

For those of you who are perhaps a person of faith and wondering whether your beloved animals will be in heaven, I will tell you, yes. This last book recommendation has been one of my favorites and so comforting.

7. "Our Pets: Heaven Bound? A Biblical Case for the Rapture and Resurrection of Our Pets" by Traci J. Lebens

This book makes a biblical case for the rapture and resurrection of our pets. If you're a person of faith, I think you'll find great comfort in how she speaks about the importance of animals in God's eyes. Remember, as the Bible story goes, God created animals before humans, and Adam had a unique relationship with them. The human-animal bond we experience as pet lovers is a divine relationship ordained for us to take care of the animals.

Traci wrote to me personally and she says, "Dear Peggy, I know you are a pet lover and that you recently lost your dog and cat within days of each other. Losing one pet is bad enough, but losing two is incredibly difficult. Your most recent video made me cry as I could see the sadness in your eyes and hear it in your voice, unlike your normal upbeat demeanor. I know your loss happened in May, so for you to be bringing it up in July again tells me about the depth of grief you are experiencing. I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, and yes, the house is a shell of a structure without them."

Traci goes on to say that she also recently lost her companion of 17 and a half years, and she understands what I am feeling. She wrote this book and found joy in reading the scriptures, which gave her confidence that she will see her beloved pets again. I hope to find that same joy and peace in her book.

Many of you are asking if I'll be getting more animals. That is my hope and prayer. The animals I've had in my life have come to me through unique circumstances. I remember my first puppy, Sophie, when I was about 9 years old; my teacher's dog had puppies, and she brought them to school. I had Sophie, who passed from old age, for 15 years. My second dog, Shebekia, was a tiny puppy I found in Morocco. I bottle-fed her, and she lived to be over 15, passing away from cancer. We had several other dogs in the family, and then I had Hoonie and Teddy. Teddy lived to be 14 years old. I found Teddy as an abandoned puppy in the bushes, starving and dirty. Elsie and Itty Bitty were in line to be euthanized in New Orleans, and I took them along with a few other cats back to California and found homes for them. All my animals have been rescued, and I hope to rescue more.

I appreciate your love and prayers. For those of you who have been through these devastating losses, I understand… and knowing others understand brings me comfort. My heart and prayers are with all who are suffering and struggling. May God bring us all peace.

Has your vet been pressuring you to get your pet vaccinated against rabies? Many in our Healthy American family are alarmed at the sudden INCREASE in the push for (fake, phony, fraudulent and UNNECESSARY) rabies shots. So many have emailed asking me if they can get an exemption for their pet. I don’t know about you, but I will do whatever I can to keep my pets healthy.

Imagine: the same vaccine dose is given to an animal whether it weighs 9 pounds or 90 pounds! What kind of "science" is that? Especially since I can't even get any medicine for my dog unless she undergoes a complete blood panel to make sure she can "tolerate" it! (Note: Teddy is NOT on any medication; I am using this an an example of how ridiculous the one-size-fits-all vaccine requirements are for both humans and animals.)

Options to consider for avoiding rabies shots:

1. Find a holistic vet

2. Find a mobile vet or mobile groomer that will come to your home

   One reason for the strong push for rabies vaccination is that if your dog bites someone, the vet could be held liable. Although this is highly unlikely, it’s till a good idea to have a vet or groomer come to your home because it eliminates many “risks” and potential reasons for them to refuse care for your pet. Many rules and regulations differ from state to state, but in general, if another person's dog injures someone, the victim can seek financial restitution from the at-fault party (defendant) if certain conditions are met. Typically, the defendant is the dog's owner, but this may not be the case if the attack happened at a vet's office or kennel. Again, this differs by state, and cases against the vet or kennel are very difficult to establish, and the dog owner is usually held liable in like 99% of cases.

3. Get an exemption if your animal is elderly or has a history of adverse reactions

   The other concept, which even your veterinarian should support, is that if your animal cannot handle the shot, they shouldn't receive it. Therefore, if it were my animals, I would argue that they are too old and have a history of adverse reactions, and that I would vouch for the fact that they are not physically able to tolerate it. Your veterinarian could then be able to write a medical exemption.

4. Get a titer to draw your animals blood to test their immunity

   Although I don’t care for these unnecessary blood draws and medical interventions, this last option is better than nothing. At the very least it ensures your pet is healthy while minimizing unnecessary vaccinations (or revaccinations).

6. Consider non-veterinary options to keep your animals healthy

   Again, I am not giving any medical advice, but consider ways to minimize those vet visits by focusing on healthy nutrition, the right amount of physical and mental activity, etc. I personally don’t take my animals for “check-ups” and only use the vet in an emergency.

I’m glad you mentioned not taking your pets in for annual exams - I’ve been wondering if that’s necessary. We have 2 young cats (1yr old and 2 yrs old) who seem quite healthy so I don’t think they need to go to the vet every year. However as you know, we’ve been programmed to believe that pets should go to the vet every year and should get vaccinated. I know in the past, I’ve been fear-mongered into believing my cats would end up with leukemia if I didn’t jab them. I must admit, it still frightens me a bit because I don’t want anything to happen to them but I wonder just how rampant leukemia runs in healthy cats  For now, I will keep them chemical-free for as long as I can.

Are you looking for education about your religious rights in the workplace? Are you confused about Title VII of the US Civil Rights Act and how it protects you from employment discrimination?

Welcome on board. This article will dissect Title VII of the United States Civil Rights Act, the most powerful anti-discrimination law governing the workplace. It originally prohibited discrimination based on race, gender, religious beliefs, or national origin, and it established the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) as the federal enforcement agency to implement these legal standards.

Most of the laws that broadly protect employees from discrimination in the workplace have been enacted through the years as amendments to the Civil Rights Act, also known as Title VII (42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.).

No state, no health department, nor any individual or employer covered under Title VII has the authority to violate this federal law.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as amended, protects employees and job applicants* from employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin (all of which are protected classes).

Regarding religion, an employee has the right to his/her own religious beliefs as well as the right to exercise and observe those beliefs without interference from any boss, coworker, supervisor, or any corporate policy or protocol.

Title VII is very straightforward

UNLAWFUL EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES

SEC. 2000e-2. [Section 703]

(a) Employer practices

It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer -

(1) to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual's race, color, religion, sex, or national origin; or

(2) to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual's race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

To summarize, the law forbids discrimination when it comes to any aspect of employment, including hiring, firing, pay, job assignments, promotions, layoff, training, fringe benefits, and any other term or condition of employment. There is one exception (the undue hardship defense) which will be discussed in more detail below.

Title VII also prohibits workplace segregation based on religion (including religious garb and grooming practices), such as assigning an employee to a non-customer contact position because of actual or feared customer preference.

No one can be coerced, harassed, influenced, intimidated, or forced to do something that is in conflict with their sincerely held religious beliefs or that would otherwise force them to abandon or alter their religious beliefs. This is prohibited by law. Period.

There is a common misconception that an at-will employment agreement means that an employer can fire an employee for any reason, without cause. The concept of "at-will employment" holds that employers have the right to terminate an employee's employment for any reason, with the exception of illegal reasons such as discrimination, which is addressed by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

Who is covered?

Title VII applies to all private-sector employers (companies and labor unions) with 15 or more employees. It also governs employment agencies, state, and local governments, and apprenticeship programs.

Title VII also protects federal government employees from discrimination, but special procedures have been established to enforce anti-discrimination laws for them.

Federal employees and applicants have a different complaint process from other employees. Federal government employees may file claims of discrimination under the 29 C.F.R. Part 1614 EEO process on any of the bases covered under the laws EEOC enforces, and/or may also utilize additional complaint procedures.

Title VII does not cover independent contractors.

What is the EEOC Compliance Manual on Religious Discrimination?

When it comes to accepting, investigating, determining, and mediating employment religious discrimination claims under the law, the EEOC Compliance Manual is the primary source of EEOC instruction. It provides clarity to the public regarding existing requirements under the law.

The law is clear, and the EEOC explains exactly what is required of employees and employers:

Title VII requires an employer, once on notice, to reasonably accommodate an employee whose sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance conflicts with a work requirement, unless providing the accommodation would create an undue hardship.

“Title VII requires otherwise-neutral policies to give way to the need for an accommodation.”^[205]  An individual alleging the denial of a religious accommodation is generally seeking an adjustment to a neutral work rule that infringes on the employee’s ability to practice his religion.^[206]  “The accommodation requirement is ‘plainly intended to relieve individuals of the burden of choosing between their jobs and their religious convictions, where such relief will not unduly burden others.’”^[207]

*Important note concerning the undue hardship standard in Title VII Religious Accommodation Cases:

The EEOC guidance has not been completely updated to reflect the landmark Supreme Court decision in Groff v. DeJoy, 143 S. Ct. 2279 (2023). The notice on the EEOC website reads: The Groff opinion clarified that “showing ‘more than a de minimis cost’…does not suffice to establish undue hardship under Title VII.” Instead, the Supreme Court held that “undue hardship is shown when a burden is substantial in the overall context of an employer’s business,” “taking into account all relevant factors in the case at hand, including the particular accommodations at issue and their practical impact in light of the nature, size and operating cost of an employer.” Groff supersedes any contrary information on this webpage.

To put it simply, this landmark decision ruled that the employer MUST accommodate an employee’s sincerely-held religious beliefs, practice and observance — unless the employer can DEMONSTRATE actual economic hardship that substantially impacts the conduct of business. Previously, the bar had been set pretty low with the "de minimis cost" standard. NOW, by raising the bar for all entities covered by Title VII, the Supreme Court has made it MORE difficult for the employer to claim and establish an undue hardship.

What is religion under Title VII?

"Title VII defines “religion” to include “all aspects of religious observance and practice as well as belief,” not just practices that are mandated or prohibited by a tenet of the individual’s faith. Religion includes not only traditional, organized religions such as Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Sikhism, and Buddhism, but also religious beliefs that are new, uncommon, not part of a formal church or sect, only subscribed to by a small number of people, or that seem illogical or unreasonable to others. Further, a person’s religious beliefs “need not be confined in either source or content to traditional or parochial concepts of religion.” A belief is “religious” for Title VII purposes if it is “religious” in the person’s “own scheme of things,” i.e., it is a “sincere and meaningful” belief that “occupies a place in the life of its possessor parallel to that filled by . . . God.”[21] The Supreme Court has made it clear that it is not a court’s role to determine the reasonableness of an individual’s religious beliefs, and that “religious beliefs need not be acceptable, logical, consistent, or comprehensible to others in order to merit First Amendment protection.”[22] An employee’s belief, observance, or practice can be “religious” under Title VII even if the employee is affiliated with a religious group that does not espouse or recognize that individual’s belief, observance, or practice, or if few – or no – other people adhere to it.[23]

To summarize, an employee does not have to belong to any recognized faith. They do not have to be a member of any particular church nor is there anything in the law that requires an employer to have something in writing from a religious leader.

You are at your most vulnerable, possibly in great pain — or a life or death situation,— and you are being harassed and coerced to consent to a product and a procedure that you object to.

That is exactly what is still happening in hospitals all over the country.

A long-time Healthy American and dear friend faced that exact situation just days ago when she found her (un-vaxxed) mom unresponsive and called 911. Suspecting a some type of seizure, my friend recognized the necessity of getting life-saving help, so she (reluctantly) allowed her mom to be taken to the ER.

And that’s when the real nightmare began.

“Peggy, they won’t take no for an answer! I told over half a dozen doctors and nurses that we do NOT CONSENT to the nasal test! I stayed with her in the ER for 15 hours and they would not admit her because she would not do the c**vid test.”

Friends, this is discrimination, harassment and intimidation at its worst. Thank God my friend and her mom stood strong (and she is released from the ER and recovering) yet it was a harrowing and unnecessary adding of an emotional burden to an already incredibly difficult situation.

Shame on these doctors and nurses for this intentional infliction of emotional pain. I would write a detailed letter of complaint naming each individual who sought to trample on this woman’s rights.

It's astonishing how these bizarre, unnecessary, unethical and immoral COVID policies in hospitals continue to persist, even in 2024!

How to Give NO CONSENT to the NASAL ASSAULT

I aim to empower you with the necessary know-how and tips to handle these stressful situations with confidence, especially since these ER visits often catch us off guard, leaving us vulnerable and unprepared. I will continue to educate and empower you to stand up for your medical rights because we all deserve access to quality medical care without discrimination and without any unwanted procedures or products forced upon us.

1. Be Prepared for Unexpected Emergencies: I can’t stress enough how important it is to have an emergency plan in place and to understand your rights as a patient, as these situations can catch you off guard and leave you vulnerable. You should call the hospitals in your area in advance and get accommodations in writing to be prepared for any future unexpected visits. Keep important information handy, such as an advance directive and a list of medications and emergency contacts. 2. Have an Advocate by Your Side: This goes hand-in-hand with the first tip of being prepared. You will want to prepare paperwork for whomever you trust to be your designated health care power of attorney and even your durable power of attorney. The presence of an advocate, in this case, the daughter of the patient, is invaluable. Having someone who can advocate for you and your medical preferences is essential, especially when you might not be in a position to make decisions for yourself.

3. Know Your Medical Rights: Every patient has the right to refuse any procedure or product they do not consent to, regardless of the circumstances. It's essential to be aware of this right and to assert it confidently when necessary. Refer to more details about the Patient’s Bill of Rights below.

4. FILM the interaction to make sure you have a record of the communication.

5. If coerced to wear a mask or take a PCR test, request to speak to the MANAGER of the FACILITY. And use questions such as WHY and HOW. For example:

   “You need to be tested for Convid.”
   You: ”Why?”

   “Because it’s hospital policy.”
   You: “Why?”
   “Because we need to know if you have Convid.”
   You: “Why?”
   “Because you might infect others.”
   You: “How? Aren’t they already protected with the jab?”
   This test (and the mask) are not licensed by the FDA; therefore they are experimental procedures.

   I have the right of NO CONSENT to experimental treatments without being denied. This test has false positives and is unreliable.
   Why test at all? How much are you being paid to test me?
   Are you going to treat me with some convid protocol? I am not here because of convid. I am here for __________.
   Your behavior is harassing and discriminatory. I am ready and willing to file formal complaints against you personally, this hospital, this insurance company and anyone else who discriminates against me.

6. Get Everything in Writing: Request written documentation of any proposed procedures or treatments and any refusal of care by doctors or nursing staff who are unlawfully discriminating against you. This helps ensure clarity and accountability, and it can be valuable if you need to file a formal complaint or seek further action. Get the names of EACH PERSON who is harassing you. Have EACH PERSON who denies you treatment PUT IT IN WRITING AND SIGN IT THEMSELVES that they are denying you care. This usually stops the harassment on the spot.

7. Stand Firm Against Coercion: It's essential to stand firm against any attempts to pressure or coerce you into consenting to procedures or treatments you're not comfortable with. You always have the right of no consent.

8. Know Your Patient's Bill of Rights: Hospitals are required to publish a Patient's Bill of Rights, outlining the rights and protections afforded to patients. Familiarize yourself with these rights and don't hesitate to assert them if needed and you ask the doctor or nurse to read it to you.

9. Document Everything: Keep detailed records of interactions with medical staff, including names, dates, and descriptions of events. This documentation can be valuable if you need to file a formal complaint or take further action.

10. Explore Legal Remedies if Needed: If your medical rights have been violated, you can explore legal remedies. This may include filing complaints with licensing boards, regulatory agencies, or seeking legal counsel to pursue further action (more on this below).

Your Patient’s Bill of Rights

Now, let’s break down the Patient Bill of Rights and how to refuse any medical intervention or treatment.

The most important thing to understand is that your medical rights are protected by law. You have the right of no consent to any medical treatment, procedure, or intervention that you don’t want.

The Patient Bill of Rights helps establish expectations for how patients should be treated and the level of care they should receive, which may be considered implicit within the doctor-patient relationship and can influence the implied contract that exists between patients and healthcare providers.

An implied contract between a patient and a healthcare provider often includes an expectation that the provider will adhere to a certain standard of care. This standard of care is based on the implied promise of competent and professional service.

Healthcare providers have a legal duty to meet a standard of care expected in their profession. The Patient Bill of Rights establishes uniform standards for the quality of care patients can expect to receive. It outlines their entitlement to receive care, including their ability to accept or decline treatment, while ensuring that the care they do receive meets specific standards of quality and safety. Additionally, the Patient Bill of Rights prohibits discrimination in healthcare, guaranteeing that patients are treated fairly and respectfully regardless of their background or characteristics. In essence, it safeguards patients' rights to receive quality, safe, and equitable care that respects their autonomy and dignity.

Failure to meet this standard may result in liability under tort law for negligence or medical malpractice if harm occurs to the patient as a result of the provider's actions or omissions. Another example of an implied contract is when I go to the grocery store, for instance, there is an implied agreement that the owner would provide me food in exchange for my money. That contract doesn't have to be written each time.

So when you enter a relationship with your doctor or a medical provider, you have what is called a “doctor-patient relationship” and the Patient’s Bill of Rights is what protects you as a patient.

Important key points from the Patient’s Bill of Rights

• Point (1) The Patient has the right to considerate and respectful care

• Point (3) … “The patient is entitled to the opportunity to discuss and request information related to the specific procedures and/or treatments, the risks involved, the possible length of recuperation, and the medically reasonable alternatives and their accompanying risks and benefits.

• Point (6) “The patient has the right to… refuse a recommended treatment or plan of care to the extent permitted by law and hospital policy and to be informed of the medical consequences of this action. In case of such refusal, the patient is entitled to other appropriate care and services that the hospital provides.”

• Point (13) “The patient has the right to consent to or decline to participate in proposed research studies or human experimentation affecting care and treatment or requiring direct patient involvement and to have those studies fully explained prior to consent. A patient who declines to participate in research or experimentation is entitled to the most effective care that the hospital can otherwise provide.”

How to refuse medical intervention:

1. Demand to speak to the highest authority

2. Tell them that you are invoking your right of no consent to a medical experiment or intervention

3. Ask THEM TO READ you the Patient’s Bill of Rights

You have the right to refuse any medical treatment (experiment or otherwise) and you may not be denied other treatment.

If they try to refuse you:

1. Get in writing: (a) confirmation they are denying you medical care in this facility (b) the names of all the people who are refusing you medical care (c ) the signature of the highest authority

Options for Filing Complaints:

1. File a grievance with the insurance company and applicable state agency that licenses insurance companies

2. File a formal discrimination complaint with appicable state civil rights agency

3. File formal claim against the doctor with the medical license board of their state (because the doctor is in violation of their oath to do no harm)

4. File a formal grievance with the hospital grievance department

5. File a complaint with the applicable state board that licenses hospitals

Top Recommendation:

Do your best to plan ahead. Contact all the urgent care centers and hospitals in your area to get those accommodations in writing in the unfortunate event that you wind up there.

In an emergency situation, it is illegal for medical care to be withheld from you.

Advanced planning is especially important for doctors offices. Call in advance and get those accommodations from the highest authority, not the receptionist at the front desk.

The process for applying for a religious waiver1, however, is generally the same regardless of your situation. Here's a brief overview of what you need to know if you’re seeking a religious waiver for vaccination requirements as part of the immigration process:

1. Understand the waiver process: Immigrants who refuse required vaccines are considered "inadmissible" and must apply for a "Waiver of Inadmissibility" on medical or religious grounds. If your waiver is based on medical grounds, this is known as a “blanket waiver” and if USCIS grants blanket waivers, the applicant does not have to file a form or pay a fee. If your waiver application is based on religious or moral objections to vaccinations, you must fill out the appropriate form and establish that: A. You object to vaccinations in any form;2 B. You object because of your religious beliefs or moral convictions (you do not need to be a member of a mainstream or recognized religion); and C. Your beliefs are sincere

2. Fill out the appropriate USCIS form for religious waiver: Depending on your situation, you may need to use form I-601 (most commonly used), I-690, or I-602 (for refugees and asylees). Each form has specific requirements and filing fees, but fee waivers are available for those who qualify.

3. Provide supporting evidence: USCIS regulations require your beliefs be religious or moral in nature and sincere. Additional corroborating evidence, such as documentation of past religious exemptions or attestation letters from credible third parties, can strengthen your application.

Picture this: You’re scrolling through job listings, only to notice a common trend – the positions you're eyeing come with the dreaded jab requirements…

Did you know job applicants are equally protected under the same nondiscrimination laws that protect employees?

Yep, it is illegal for an employer to discriminate against you, even in the interview process.

Meaning it is illegal for an employer not to hire you because of your race, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability and genetic information.

The personal testimony shared below is from a Healthy American who has been applying for jobs only to find herself discriminated against in the interview process because she is not a human pin-cushion due to her religious beliefs, practice, and observance.

I know it seems like much of the tyranny has receded, but I promise you that people are going to continue to face this blatant discrimination again… AND again if we don’t continue to push back and follow through now.

The powers that shouldn’t be want to remove God from the workplace, schools, and the public square.

If they could have their way, they would shred the Constitution (which is already hanging on by a thread) and demolish our freedoms, particularly our religious freedom — our God-given right to worship and honor our Creator as we are called to do.

This Healthy American is fighting back, and I've been in the fight from day one. Many others are joining this effort, and together, we're advancing this cause with unwavering determination, marching it all the way to Heaven.

Here’s what she wrote after filing formal complaints of discrimination to her state civil rights agency:

Dear Peggy and Pastor David:

I cannot thank David enough for the time he took most recently to send a message to the Indiana Civil Rights Commission and the EEOC regarding his interview with an Indiana civil rights investigator on one of my employment religious discrimination cases.

Chris and I signed up in 2021 as VIP members and your education helped us to save his job at a pharma company that was demanding every employee take the jab. I lost my job this year due to not agreeing to take the jab from my employer. I have been struggling getting employment in healthcare as no matter who I speak with they seem to find reasons to not accept me as a candidate because I will not take the jab. Both Chris and I continue to hold fast to our faith and beliefs. Your excellent preachings and sharing of knowledge have given us the strength and ability to stand-up for our religious rights under the law.

The good news! I was successfully able to settle one of my religious discrimination suits yesterday and while the judgement was smaller than we had hoped for, I know I would not have been able to weather the storm on this one without the blessing of your support. Once I receive my settlement in January, I would like to make a donation to The Healthy American to support the great work you are doing to bring awareness and support to the attack on Christians occurring in America and to help us fight for our religious rights.

Second update:

Peggy - I thought you would find my story below interesting and it could help you as you speak with others who may be facing similar challenges. 

I filed my second case last September with my state Civil Rights Commission against a company that refused to consider me for a job unless I was vaccinated. I asked the hiring company for their accommodation process and they told me they did not have a process. I actually have this on audiotape, as well as, emails from them stating this. 

The Civil Rights Commission failed to even have an investigator call me to get the details on the case so they could make a determination. Instead they just ruled that there was no discrimination. When I called to ask them how they made this determination they said that the hiring company told them they have an accommodation process. So our state civil rights departments do not have to actually investigate discrimination anymore or even evaluate evidence? They can just call the discriminating employer and believe everything they tell them? Keep in mind that I sent them all my evidence. I doubt they ever even evaluated this evidence.

So, I filed a complaint against the State Civil Rights Commission with the State Attorney General and EEOC in December. This week I contacted them and learned they mysteriously lost the case evidence and information I had sent to them. So I had to send all the paperwork again? If they fail to correct the decision by the State Civil Rights Commission, my attorney says we will file a lawsuit against the discriminating company. 

I am not sure if anyone else speaking with you is facing these issues with their government agencies in their states. I have little faith in the government agency evil doers anymore. My attorney says these organizations have become worthless and corrupt bureaucratic entities. Very sad as our tax dollars fund the salaries of these corrupt civil servants.

Yesterday, a friend of mine contacted me and told me she was contacted by someone at the hiring company I filed my charges against. They asked her if she knew me and what I was saying about them. She thought this was odd and thankfully she called me to let me know. So this company is waging an all out war on my reputation because I am standing up to them. We are all under attack from the most evil corporations and individuals. It shocks me that there seems to be no end to the evil that our own citizens are willing to perpetrate on their fellow citizens for money. I often wonder are these people even human anymore?

I refuse to let these corrupt government organizations that are violating my religious rights go unchallenged and unpunished for their deeds. I feel if we do not fight back then we are certain to lose our country. I wanted to share my story with you because I am still in the battle. If this next case goes to court it could be a legal precedent setting case for people seeking employment today who are being denied the opportunity to be considered for employment due to not having taken the poison shot. 

Anyone with a brain should be asking themselves, why are these people so intent on getting those shots in our arms? I believe the truth is just too much horror for people to digest so they prefer to not know. Enlightenment is the only way our population can be saved. I pray everyday that God brings us all more discernment, courage and strength to the fight the evil surrounding us!
